I follow you for 3d engraving. I have the 20w vision. I downloaded a 3d image from Etsy. I set it up on the we creat software but when I click on start I get a message that says current firmware version does not support this operation. The file is a jpeg

Can you do 3d images on the 20w also or only on the 40w?

question, why does the laser’s only fire one way, left to right, not both ways?

Can you please tell me what happened to all the shapes that were available at first for example the heart etc. I only see the rectangle line or circle now.

Bonjour, la jeune fille est bien sympathique, mais elle parle trop et s’éparpille trop, je comprends deja moyennement l'anglais, mais la c'est une catastrophe, ensuite, il faut lui apprendre à utiliser le timelaps ... le sujet principale est la gravure Photo et là on est partis dans 1000 choses ce qui ne facilite pas la compréhension. Désolé mais je devais le dire, car je pense pas etre le seul au bout de 01h05 la gravure photo représente 15 minutes ... sinon j'adore wecreat... continuez comme ca mais par contre qu'elle parle moins, des video plus courte et utilisez le TimeLaps
