This video shows my 2nd attempt on photo transfer to wood using PVA Glue. Not so much of scrubbing using water. Less soaking unlike the 1st attempt. So learn from mistake, failure and uncertainties. Patient is key to getting the job in the right way (almost). I still use art board but with proper roller and scrapper (not for scrapping but more pressing out air pocket/gap between photo and art board so it will have uniform coverage of stickiness 😁.
This time I apply the glue unto the art board first and place photo and remove air pocket. Wait for several minutes then start scrubbing off with just little water on my finger so the paper can peel of easily. Final part is spraying acrylic paint for glossy finish.
