@@LFMC1 Fake shit. Some guys in the legion did 10 years of school (from their 18 to 28 for exemple) and are still joining so stop saying false facts please your negative energy is not asked here.
@@LFMC1 t’es vraiment un tocard toi mon gars tu sers à rien. C’est une chaîne ou Thomas donne des conseils les gens s’entraident dans les commentaires ect et il faut qu’il y ait un connard comme toi pour dire des conneries.
Hi watching from Ireland. I have just discovered your chanel, I was scrolling through and thought it looked interesting. I was not wrong, you have a really nice manner to your presentation, with a nice genuine personality which keeps the videos interesting and entertaining. However the thing that struck me most is the fact that most videos covering this style of subject matter have guys who try to effect a real gung-ho gi-jo tough man air about them. Talking about how big their guns are and how much better they are than anyone else, while you seem to just want to share your knowledge and personal experience without that massive ego attached. Thanks for sharing man, peace and respect to you and some great pictures and memories there. Love from Ireland 🍀🇮🇪😊🇮🇪
I also took a lot of pictures of my time in the Marines, I have also had the pleasure of deploying along side the 2e Rep in Africa.

What was ur take on them? Did they like the legion, I'm planning on leaving for France next summer for the legion, so just trying to find out as much as possible
@ a few of them where from the states, they liked it...just like Marine Infantry tough. Most want to be there, Like any Military, you have to have a good mindset and pick your friends wisely, thats the biggest thing, they can make hard time less hard and fun, even though it can be hard at times. Good luck if you make selection.

@@dandaly8747 yes thank you, my only concern is my age I'm 35 don't recover as fast as I used too lol, but I grew up around the corp ,most of my friends and family are in or were in the corps, but bcuz of my record they never accepted me, I got an assault 2 with deadly weapon back when I was 13 yrs old . So unless u know anyway I can go volunteer to fight ,let me know
It's really advantageous knowing that you have comrades from different culture and race. Especially when you're rations are gone, someone within your platoon will know a thing or two on what you can eat within your area. Such great memories you have there Sir!
Your videos are fantastic. Very informative and entertaining. You have the best accent ever. Its funny to hear a German native speaking in a French accent. It would be an honor and privilege to have served with you in the FFL. I am trying to encourage my son who just graduated for the University with a degree in Business and French to join the FFL. He wants to get out of the USA and live abroad.
well thats great, if he graduated we always look for well educated guys, but also need to be very sportive, it can be an advantage to advance in ranks, especially having a university degree might get you into officer school, down the road, always start as legionnaire, it will take time, needless to say 5yr contract will not do it..however he will have a great time.
Ahhh the French Foreign Legion, can't help but think about it as a mysterious and romantic military arm of the French Army, but that's just me maybe i shouldn't have watched all the movies made about it, like the one Jean Claude Vandame starred in 😂😂All jokes aside however i truly believe that each and every one of the Legioners were brave men and would die to the last, just to accomplish a mission!!!!
Well Thomas thank you very much for sharing...... yes you are a leader of men ! I would follow you brother once again thank you , and yes I will support your channel 👌 I bet that turtle tasted delicious 😋
when i was in the military one thing i regret is i never took pictures and even to this day i never think of taking pictures even though i love memories and loking at pics i seem to never take any pics and if presented with the opportunity i always think its not worth a pic lol i gotta just take the damn things ive missed so much cause i guess laziness and thinking i dont need a pic
Mon ex-femme merdique a mis tous mes souvenirs à la poubelle pendant que j'étais déployé hors du pays. Au diable avec elle. Ça me brise toujours le cœur que mes fils ne les aient pas. J'adore vos vidéos.
hey u signed me in ;'yeah i bought a record3 airgun with 14cm target, its easy, but what i notice is a bend from time2time in the arm then something is in between but i know it must be x bc u know ladies: timing/sparrow bs
19:43 Hello 👋 please tell me brother how did you quit smoking 🚭,was it special spirit or you felt bad consequences upon your health?was it in legion or outside,I would be thankful to hear your or anybodys else story, thanks in advance, greetings!👋🙂
Just throw your tobacco away and vow never to smoke again. Don't think I'm going to try and stop, have the mind state you are going to stop, you're not trying, your never smoking again. I did it, if you don't have the willpower, I don't know how to teach that. Make the decision with a full heart and just never smoke again. Wean off with nicorette products first if you lack willpower..
@@FieldMarshalRommel23 Thank you brother,I really never had will to throw them away, you're speaking the truth,I search for miracle, but there was no miracle, maybe I'll listen up for stranger if iam not listening the close once,at least I'll try👍
@@АлександарМилосављевиќ Just make the decision to never smoke again and then don't do it, no matter how bad you want to. I used nicorette gum to help for first month, then I cut down to gum with lower nicotine, then I stop the gum. You can do it brother, just have an iron will to stop smoking. Let me know how you do. I wish you success.

7:00: you wear a foulard gris pas vert. Did you change the colour of the foulard from time to time? Great footage, great storyteller Thomas. Salutations a/c☕☕
