Part 2 of a week in Wales, wildlife & landscape. In this part we visit Elan Valley and Radnor Forest for some Landscape photography and Mwnt Bay National Trust site a well know for spot for Dolphins. We are staying at Bleddfa in a lovely lodge surrounded by countryside, rabbits and horses.

Just watched your video about Wales again, the weather was very good, I think the bird in the tree is a Song Thrush, just a chance I could be right, keep up the good work. Pauline

Talk about coincidences, the boat you photographed is the Rhodri Morgan, one of our new Welsh Government Fisheries Protection Vessels. I was on board her only a couple of days ago. As you discovered, the weather is always beautiful in Wales. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Yeah, thems dolphins are boogers. Should you find yourself here again it may well be worth you taking a boat trip out of New Quay. There are several boats running from there in search of dolphins although I have to say that, apart from being at sea on the patrol boat, the best sightings I have had have been from the harbour wall in New Quay. Throughout the summer there is a constant dolphin watch by volunteers. As for seals it is much easier photographically to be around from late September onwards when they are pupping.

I think it may have been a Meadow Pipit. Whilst in the area did you manage to go to The Hafod Estate? It’s supposed to be incredible with some great walks & waterfalls etc. Loved the video. 👍

Really liked the reservoir and the reflections. Thanks for sharing. Have you thought about going to Whitby Yorkshire for a whale trip. Hopefully things will be better then. I'm in isolation with my family. So I really appreciate your videos and images.
