Interesting I am on Vray 6 for Sketchup and I don't have the multiplier for the Fog. Instead I have depth which you seem to have to do the opposite and reduce. It is set to "1" by default but needs to go up to 300 to get the effect you have of 0.003

Can you send me the water you have. The link you provided, the water and the splash are in 1 group but the one you use in the video has 2 separate groups and will make it easier to work with. Would you mind putting a new link to download yours? Thank you

Isn’t the displacement rollout depreciated and due to be removed from the next version of VRay? Can you update this tutorial for when displacement is no longer available?

You can do the same using displacement in geometry tab or apply these settings to bump map
