Marty, I get to th point of resizing and the photo will not resize. alsso when I copy the photo over to the template it does not creat a layer 1. I am using PS CC 2021
Amazing. I am a sports photographer and I want to learn how to make fantasy football photos. I love your teaching. Can you do more football fantasy photos? It is my dream to make fantasy photos for these kids and their parents. Thanks for all your hard work in advance.
Great tutorial! Could be even better with some explanations/descriptions... For example: I've never seen anyone use the Pencil Tool before; I was hoping you would describe how it works...
Hi Marty, love your work. I was wondering how to create the template itself. What steps would I need to do to create the template. I tend to enter some of my work in competitions and everything needs to be done by me otherwise it wont be accepted, including templates apparently. Can I please get a lesson on how to make the alpha channel like you have created so I can create my very own images to my style based on what you have shown here. Thanks.
@@BLTV_Photoshop oh just one more question- say you got your pop out, just wondering how i would go about adding glass shards- like it popped thru the tv and as its come thru its smashed the glass front.
@@BLTV_Photoshop ok no problem one more question is that when you click on top layer and create a new layer how can it go down when i did the same new layer is going up not down
Marty, I hate having to be the nitpick but I downloaded the template like you said and I am trying this but there is only on problem..... there is NO Alpha channel in the template. I am going to try and simply select the area that shows in your video.
I downloaded the link and checked it. It's there alright on my end. I don't know why you're not seeing it in the Channels panel. It's labeled, "Alpha 1".
@@BLTV_Photoshop I downloaded the template/ Opened it up in CS5 64 bit and the ONLY channels in the template are RGB, Red, Blue and Green. ALPHA 1 is NOT there. I wouldn't believe that an earlier form of Photoshop would be the reason when a template is a template.
@@BLTV_Photoshop Like I stated in my first comment, later on after looking for thee Alpha channel I just used the straight line lasso tool and selected the front of the screen, just as CTRL clicking the Alpha channel, and it worked for masking. I just wanted to tell you that the Alpha channel does not appear for everyone.
OK. Got it. Baffling. I'll look into it. Let me ask you...when you clicked the link, prior to downloading the document, did you see the rendered window on the background or a black shape on a white background?
