Hey, I just want to give you some credit to how good these tutorials are. Not only are they helpful, informative, and easy to follow, but you do it so fast that I don't waste half an hour watching the tutorial. You make it nice and concise, and I get some new skills in under 10 mins. Very good job, and thank you.
Extremely well done. Can't get enough of your video tutorials. Best tutorials by far. Very easy to follow. You present the material, not only in this video, but in all of the other videos that I have seen as well, in such a clear and concise way, that it's a pleasure to learn. Thank you!
Excellent tutorials. I have gotten some wonderful idea from this tutorials. Its really nice. Thanks for this and waiting to watch more tutorials from you.
@IceflowStudios hi i've been following your tutorial, but i don't get the hue and saturation effect at the end of this tutorial, can you make a detailed instruction on how to do that layer alone.. thanks, btw your tutorials are awesome! i learned a lot
You can copy the layer style simple by holding ALT and dragging the layer styles icon thing to the layer you want... Also, great tutorial! And I'll definetely be checking out the site! Is this the project you were talking about?
Awesome tutorial! Slight issue, though: First, when I try to do the carbon fiber fill it wants me to rasterize, which you didn't do. Then, when I fill with the carbon fiber pattern it goes underneath the previous effects so I can't see it unless I turn the effects off. And then it's too dark when I change it to soft light. Any ideas?
Dear Howard, thank you for the amazing video! I am making an app in android studio, and I am new to photoshop. i want to make the buttons look like they light up when the user presses them. what I'm asking is, how do i make buttons that glow. (In android studio I am basically dealing with just 2 button states. pressed and not pressed). i want the button to look like its glowing brightly when pressed. Thanks again.
Great tutorial! There is something what I was wondering about for a long time and now I can ask it. How should I write: Donut or Doughnut? I have no idea can someone help?
It looks better if you rasterize the "doe nut" thing, take the elliptical marquee tool and make a small circle @ the end of the "doe nut" thing, then select inverse, then take the eraser and erase the sharp ends. Move the selection to the other side and repeat. Blue does look better!
The cross is simply 2 guides. First I'd check your image size, so you can tell where to make the midpoints: Image > Image Size. Next click from the ruler (if you don't see one, View > Rulers) Then drag from the top ruler to the middle (i.e. X-axis) of your image). Then drag from the left ruler to the vertical center (i.e. y axis) of your image. (If your toolbox is in the way, click the X to close it, then draw the guide, then Window > Tools to reopen)) Hope that helps!
The cross on the screen are rules, press r when you are on photoshop and go to the top ruler, click and drag down until you have the ruler where you want it. Same with clicking the side ruler. You're welcome.

@Chuckycarp I'm pretty sure it's an app he made a video about earlier... Try searching his videos. But another way you can use without downloading the app is enabling your 'rulers' (found in the top bar, beside the zoom level), choosing the 'single row/ column marquee tool', moving ur cursor until you're exactly on the 50% mark on the ruler and making a selection. You then should stroke the selection, making sure you select 'inside' for the location, repeat on the other side, and voila!
when im making a circle in Photoshop the start of the circle starts from my mouse click and getts bigger toward the way im dragging my mouse and not from the centre circle. Any know how to fix?
@rowbertolowpez using the ruler. just go to the ruler on the side or top click and drag to the right if you are using the side one or down if you are using the top one
This tutorial seemed somewhat rushed, and there was a lot (obvious) audio corrections in it -- am I right in my assumption, thinking that it was rushed, for the sake of it being out by the release of the new iceflowstudios website?
how u draw the eclipse in centre... holding the shift key ? I tried but does not working ,,, and when i try to draw the inner circle the outside circle fade away help me..?
