Came across your video today Feb 10 2023....I like not only the subject matter but your instruction method, pace and especially how you guide the viewer's eye with "Red Arrows" to tool or menus being used, I wish other YT contributors would use this method. BTW, thank you for the Twirl download....will try it soon....

excellent channel, congratulations, these actions are very interesting, I want to ask if when making an enlargement on photographic paper, for example of 1 meter x 70 cm, the images are pixelated or keep those delicate lines, thank you

Thanks for sharing this, Jason. Wondering the purpose of resizing the image to 3000 pixels s the first step in the action and if that can be removed?

You can remove that step, but the filters work off resolution. Meaning if the photo is higher or lower resolution you will need to change values of the filters to get a consistent look.

Slower pace and multiple examples make this part easier to follow than prior one. Symmetry adds much, but needs recognizable element(s) to build an “otherworldly” image that exceeds what might otherwise be a digital finger painting. If you combined several smart layers, is the combined layer also a smart layer?

Thank you Paul for the comments :) No the combined layer is not a smart layer, but you can easily make it a smart layer by right clicking on it and applying that feature.

Thankyou I am loving your videos. I am a bit stuck with this one. When rotating the new layer the whole layer is rotating?? Iv been over and over it?? Any ideas?? And yes the top layer is highlighted. Thanks

You are very welcome Clare :) Did you jump the selection to a new layer? The top layer you are trying to rotate should only be the half that you selected. Ctrl + J or Command + J will jump the selection to a new layer...
