Thai massage helps with flexibility. I did martial arts for years, when I tried Thai massage I noticed they put you in all the stretching positions that a martial artist would use and then massage your muscles at full extension. I loved it.

This is turning into quite the adventure! I'm almost more worried about you here than riding around alone in NW US. Skinny roads, cars, dogs, monkeys!

Sports stretching is good for you, along with massage. My full routine of stretches takes 1 1/2 hours. I have done this literally thousands of times. It is excellent for flexibility and reducing tension and stress. Naomi, you appear bright, cheerful and sunny.

I had a buddy in college that had a monkey that looked like those. They would wear matching tracksuits and the monkey would throw it’s poop at people he didn’t like.
