That’s crazy long, it’s definitely an endurance focused work out to keep working endurance when your bones can’t take any more hours of running for the week.

Though the problem is there isn’t much progression on these without adding weights or even more advanced moves or even more reps. Gosh a one hour core work out would take forever.
