I always think im doing it wrong but im literally doing what it exactly it is on the video, but im just unsure because my results are always at 21cm - 27cm is that normal?
Hi Advance learner! To improve flexibility you need to stretch the part more often. Start slowly and gradually increase the range. Don't forget to warm up first. Do some yoga stretches for the arms and shoulder.
