Id love to see a series or Playlist on most common or major types of abnormal eye movements and a quick ddx, as an er resident who doesn't have the ability to get a neurologist or neurooptho to lecture us, that'd be amazing.
My 2 year old was born with end point nystagmus. His head tilt has gone away. Do you think his eyes will get better as he ages? Diagnosed as end point but I do feel his eyes shake more often then not. He doesn't appear to have loss of eyesight.
So, am I healthy if I present phisiological nystagmus? Can this kind of nystagmus happen just when one of the eyes is forced left so that the other eye doesn't present anything?
Dear Dr Andrew, does this apply to children too? Nystagmus at End-Point but disappeared upon looking back slightly at primary gaze. Thank you in advance
