these bikes r "25" they should go 25kmh and you dont need a license for them, its same as bicycle :)

get feeling for last brake, don't try to wheelie with legs off your bike. thats all.. if you have variator, u will learn quick..

Nope, those should go 25 and you dont need license or anything, just have to be older then 14. ;)
