Piano for Elephants - Behind the Scenes 

I have a middle aged mother cat that has Cancer. She loves to watch your videos. When she hears the piano play she climbs up on my desk and watches the animals and listens to you play. She purrs loudly and seems to really enjoy the Elephants most of all. Thank You for a work the whole world is enjoying.

I didn't know why.. My tears rolling down in my face.. How beautiful the relationship, and how beautiful Paul Burton heart. Nature, music, human kindness, and the Elephant. God Bless You Paul👍💐

There is something truly magical about what you do in such an innumerable amount of ways, but most importantly, you bind the fractured state man has with his environment. You help other elephants understand that man is indeed not only capable of living in this world with others, but are also capable of appreciating and finding deep connections between us all- that in turn, flourish healing the likes of which most the world has never known, and is in most desperate need of now more then ever before. Thank you for the hope, and morally responsible example you set for all of us. May God continue to favor all that you do.

I would give anything in order to swim with elephants, as long as the elephants are not being exploited.What an amazing life the piano man must have.

What a beautiful spirit. How anyone could mistreat these wonderful creatures is something I cannot understand. Animals respond to music just like people. It can be very healing. Are you ever nervous that the animals will hurt you, even inadvertently?

Mr. Barton, not only are you a very fine pianist but you also awaken us all to the knowledge that these noble creatures love music so much.... music is the language of the soul, so I am now sure that elephants have such a soul, otherwise it would not mean anything to them. I just can't get enough of your vids, sir! It's so relaxing that it should be prescripted by social insurance. I can't tell what's the most beatiful : you playing piano, the elephants so massive but so quiet, the wilderness. Definitely the mix of all this provides a big shoot of love. Looks so simple but that's a deep wave of compassion at the end. Thanks again sir for taking time to do all this vids and sharing with us.

Now that is how a lovely lady should be treated :) It was wonderful watching her moving her trunk to the music:) I think the part of this that really caught my heart was when you two were walking away after the music. I didn't see an elephant and a man walking ,I saw two good friends heading home after a lovely afternoon together .

I didnt realise this was such an open space. Like clearly if the elephant didnt appreciate the enrichment it could just. Walk away. Lmao imagine being walked out on by an elephant tho.

This made me cry. To know how she was abused and traumatized by man so badly she would not trust her own kind. This see this elephant become so gentle with this man that they can swim together is astounding. God Bless yok for what you do. How one Man can be so Evil and another so loving!

Why we get the intense feeling seeing this video is that we are seeing the pure, unconditional relationship that the elephant is showing. They are magnificent yet gentle, highly smart, emotionally intelligent, humble, non selfish being. They have no ulterior motive. The person knows this fact and showering his love to this magnificent being. In today’s world you see lack of trust, bringing in the love in relation but elephants are beyond that. They are true to their feelings. I love elephants, honor them. I find the elephant god cute.

You and the others are so precious to have your hearts open to these beautiful loving animals who were always supposed to be treated with love and respect . Sending many many blessings and love to all

You remind me of my old friend Kip, who was also a pianist with a gentle spirit. He played for others to lift their hearts until his sudden, tragic passing a few years ago. You have a very similar demeanor to my friend. Thank you for your good heart for other creatures on earth. Those beautiful creatures are very glad to be around you.

Elephants are such gentle giants, on the country they are so badly abused by human beings so it’s so wonderful to see this earth angel treat these gentle giants with respect and care that they still deserve from us humans ❤🐘❤️🐘❤️

Such peace between both you and the Elie! For big creatures of God’s they are so docile unless they are being beaten and always when they protect their young! Looking into their eyes it seems as though we can see the pain and suffering they’ve endured.... love them with all your heart and they will love you until death.

I like to hear about where each elephant came from and the life they're living now. They get to just roam and graze be social and listen to music. What a life for them.
