This is the piano part onſcreen that was offſcreen in my laſt video/ Foꝛ to view and analyze the harmonie and modulation, as well as to ſee the real neede foꝛ a vnique triple ſharp ſymbol and key ſignatures with double and triple accidentals and beyond.
The oꝛiginal ſcoꝛe and piece in 12 tet doth not modulate as ſhewn, but rather miſſpelleth euery choꝛd from meaſure 17 onwards to auoid any double oꝛ triple ſharps. Howeuer when playing in true intonation, miſpelling a choꝛd will reſult in out of tune muſicke. In meaſure 17 (around 1:09 time ſtamp), the mouement from an F# maioꝛ choꝛd to a D# minoꝛ is miſſpelled by the compoſer as an Eb minoꝛ choꝛd ſo as the keys continue to modulate vp the chain of fifths no double oꝛ triple accidentals needeth to be wꝛitten and interpreted by the players.
It hath been bꝛought to my attention that in other pieces where this ſoꝛt of thing happeneth , compoſers miſſpell the choꝛds and the players continue to play it in tune , vnknowingly ſinging euery thing a comma higher (oꝛ lower) than wꝛitten and the ſingle accidentals iuſt impꝛooue the readabilitie of the ſheet muſicke. I do not beleeue this to be a good ſolution, becauſe the players become very diſconnected from what they are doing becauſe they are not aware of what is happening in the muſicke becauſe the page is lying to them.
I vnderſtand that foꝛ thoſe raiſed on 12 tone ſtandard piano keyboards that double and triple ſharps and flats are ſeen as an annoyance and rather arbitrary oꝛ euen pꝛetentious, but they are vnique and diſtinct muſical notes, and the keyboards of the future, if there ſhalbe any, ſhall indeed make this diſtinction in their layout.
