Picayune should have dreamt a little harder than that.
With it's mix of bullet heaven horde survival & bullet hell boss fights, a breakcore soundtrack and lore that got me hooked in an instant made this game one of my favorites of the Survivors subgenre!
This run was done on Version 1.0.0.2.

That pause you take at 20:31 when you contemplate picking Hunter's Bow for your final upgrade or continuing to level Missile Pack is one of the best non-boss moments in the whole run.

what would you say is the ideal loadout considering perfect rng? what items do you always go for usually?

I'm not sure about the loadout since I haven't played around with it too much. I usually like to pick these weapons: Chain Belt, Slime Spike, Core, Ultrabuster, Hunter's Bow, Missle Pack, Parasight, Overcharged Engine, Digiwatch, Energized Battery, Injection, Pleonexic Crown, Halo, Electric Eel
