Thank you for the group 2 reading, Amber. I'll be completing a 21-day challenge on Jan. 10th which has taken a lot of discipline to show up for on certain days. I loved the part about calling myself back together- true and hadn't realized I had splintered so much! Started working on it last night and dreamed I finally found my car! You need to do what is best for your health first, if you can treat your structural issues first then youll be able to do more labour-some work. If you can see a kinesiologist they can certainly help with your neck, back and shouders
