Me and my husband was just sick for over two weeks! And it was Covid or RSV. The Only thing that helped us with the congestion was tea! Fresh ginger root, cinnamon sticks, garlic cloves, purple onion, slice lemon wedges and boil in a pot. Strain into cup, and add raw organic honey! Also cut up some purple onion put it in bowl next to your humidifier! Works miracles! Make sure your baby is cleared to use that first of course. ❤ Love you guys!
