The respect he has within the city is insane, he did so much for basketball in Canada and was a huge influence within the community in Toronto. As for #2, I will say that Vince rightfully gets clout for putting Toronto on the map, but objectively I think DeRozan was a better and more impactful player in terms of the team’s success
