Man that's awesome Kyle! I love how it's all original and true to the way it came from the factory aside from the newer radio! It's so beautiful, what a great find! I'm so excited to see more videos of this car! I hope to have a classic car that nice one day!
+Saabkyle04 not in a hate way am jealous on you cause dad is t intresting in cars, tell dad HI perhaps there was a reason that you sold your old fairlane.now you much better fairlane. i consider i have no more a car ateast for now.
Really cool that you and your Pa share a love of automobiles. Never loose that bond as the relationship between father and son is a very special one indeed.
Congrats on your purchase Kyle! I think it is great you are making memories with your dad and you are enjoying your time together. That was indeed a trip and a journey for you to travel and travel in the time you did the trip. The thing that caught my ear were the tolls you paid! Dang. It was worth it for what you wanted.
I'm 16. Dad bought a '63 two door sedan for us to fix up. We never did anything to it. Then it was sold in 2013 because I failed 8th grade. Man I miss that car. This video reminded me of it. Have fun with this thing!
Awesome Kyle, it's cool to spend time with your dad on a roadtrip to pick up a cool car... Just like your dad said yall are making memories and that's priceless!
I DO remember your first videos, the start up ones....my god, you were just a kid then! I'm glad you've stuck with your passion for cars. The new ride is sweet!
Hi Kyle, Good to see Bill again, I meet Him back in the 60's in NY. He wouldn't remember me it was a brief meet. Your new 65 Ford is amazing. I am the one who sent You a email about your last car am radio. I felt bad that someone would sell a radio without bench testing it first. Hey lots of luck and enjoyment on your ford.
I've watched your vids for several years now and truly enjoy the classic reviews as much as anything you do Kyle. Congrats on buying a very nice stock Fairlane. Hope you enjoy it for years to come. Looks flawless.
I never forgot about your old man, Kyle. The video picking up the Genesis. All he kept saying was "Bite Me" it was so funny. I was almost expecting that being the first thing he said again.
Lovely car.....always thought you were a thoroughly decent young man. In this video I discovered a major reason for you being so. Ultimately family is all that matters in this world.
That car is beautiful Kyle! Looks absolutely fantastic and I'm really happy for you. Nice that you got to spend some time with your dad getting it too. Really looking forward to the videos on it.
You should make more videos like this.. I think it will be great if you start making weekly Vlog or something similar... Love your dad, btw.. Great man!
Nice to see you and how you are in your natural self. Really enjoyed that more behind the scenes look. And really enjoyed the video all together :) thanks for posting it Kyle
Love the new car, and still remember the first one with the three speed manual w/ the column shifter. As a fellow charlotte man its awesome to see so many original classics on the road these days.
Hi Kyle - long time watcher from Australia here. Cool road trip! I remember those cars that you mentioned from years ago. That Genesis was loud when you put that aftermarket exhaust on it! It droned like crazy though - that was one memory I had of the Genesis! I hope you enjoy your new Fairlane! Chris
really cool video kyle! my dad and I just did a similar trip in February, Va to NC to pick up my new e36 m3 track project! it was a great time and great memories! enjoy the new car!
Hey Saabkyle04! This video was awesome and I've been a big fan of your videos since 2010! I noticed you passed by Clemmons, NC and I live there! That was so awesome to see you drive by there! I'm glad you got a Fairline 500 Sports Coupe those are the best! Take care Kyle!
We never got 2-door Fairlanes here in Australia. Fairlanes were always luxurious 4-door long wheelbase versions of the Falcon. They continued to be built until 2007, but in the later years they were almost all used as taxis only, so late model examples are very rare now.
Kyle...I should've warned you when I was visiting you at Car Connections last year... It's New York. There isn't ANYTHING cheap here! (I should know, I live here!) The only cheap thing is literally a slice of pizza! LOL! But anyway, congrats on the new addition, what a BEAUTY!!!! I'm hoping to come down to North Carolina and see it in person someday!
Dude, I`ve been following you now since `09 on YT, and of all your great videos this is one of the best in my opinion! I really enjoyed this, the cars (your new Fairlane is definitely even more beautiful than your previous one) , the roadtrip and meeting your dad!:) I actually went on a small roadtrip this summer in Nevada and Arizona in a`15 Camaro SS Conv. (a part of my 30th birthday gift to my self) and I will take an east coast tour in a few years, so this was cool for me to see in that regard as well. Thumbs up!
Wow, that's really something! It really is like you said, a time capsule. Can't wait to see more videos in the future of the Fairlane! By the way, greetings and so long from CT! P.S. Veyron is so cute!
Congrats on your Fairlane Kyle. She's beautiful. I recently picked up a 1962 Chevrolet Corvair Green brier. I know the feeling of picking up an awesome classic. haha.
+Ttomisabeast the 6.0L Powerstroke was the complete opposite of reliable, it came packed with so many issues that it didn't last very long as an option in some of Fords Medium and Heavy Duty Trucks. However, the 7.3 engine lasted from 1992 (I think) until 2003 (I think).
18:11 is tat veyron barking in the backround? And i have been waiting for this video. Glad it finally came, and I can not wait for more videos on this car
Congrats on your new car ! watched your videos everytime it was out ! my first video of yours is the nissan GTR! btw, awesome car man ! love it.. once again.. congrats !
