Recipe
∙ 1 Ox tongue, beef tongue around 1-1,3 kg (Pickled or corned)
∙ Water
∙ Onions
∙ Celery
∙ Bay leaves
Vetkoek
∙ 2 cups white bread flour
∙ 2 cups cake flour
∙ 2 cups water
∙ 10g instant dry yeast
∙ 2 teaspoons salt
∙ 2 teaspoons sugar
Honey mustard sauce
∙ 1/3 cup Hot German mustard
∙ 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
∙ 1/3 cup Yellow mustard (sweet)
∙ 1/3 cup Honey
