Can't believe she told the bride that dresses that are skin-tight all the way down the thighs don't exist. I've DEFINITELY see mermaid dresses that were snug to the knee on this show before.

Don’t work at Kleinfeld’s if you’re mad at the fact a bride doesn’t like the first two dresses you pull out. I applaud her! Bride knows what she wants!

I don’t think she being difficult this is her wedding day she has the right to try on as many dresses till she feels beautiful. The consultant has to be more understanding and LISTEN to what she is saying and most brides think they know what they want until they try THE dress on ! I love her choice!!❤

I hate when they call the bride picky when they've only tried on a couple dresses! Feeling like a bride on your wedding day is different than picking out regular clothes, its a very emotional and significant choice to most people, so sometimes it takes a few tries to figure out what you're looking for. I cant stand when consultants pressure them just because they didn't get it on their first pick. She also wasn't really bringing her what she was asking for. It sounded like she was looking for a low mermaid, its funny they offer to customize for most people so Im not really sure why it wasn't even suggested. But the dress she ended up with was beautiful, Im glad she ended up getting what she was looking for despite the bad attitude she was given

I don't think I've ever seen a bride try so hard to look depressed and unsatisfied...

I think the bride and the consultant have different ways of communicating. I don’t think either was necessarily in the wrong; I think they just weren’t a great team.

The brides' attitude was almost like she had a argument with her entourage before the appointment. I got angry vibes from her.

All of a sudden when wearing the last dress, she said that she was looking for the flowy dress. Huh???? All of the other dresses were not tight enough. The voices in her head need to get it together.

Bride went from wanting to look like Jessica rabbit to wanting to look like a Disney princess, with little positive interaction along the way.

She isnt picky they are pulling ugly dresses

Consultants should bring different style of dresses at first( some fitted ,some ball gowns and A lines) and let the bride choose which style she likes..and looks good..and continue to play on that style.

Antonella was not really helping the bride find her "wants" initially. The bride ended up changing her "wants" which is a process.

Again…. STOP forcing P’Nina dresses!!!

When I'm paying $5,000 for a dress, I get to tell the saleswoman that I hate her selection. There are hundreds of gowns in that store because brides have DIFFERENT TASTES!

I'm surprised by the weird little tension between these two...also I loveeee how natural the bride is I don't see any makeup or if she is wearing some she did it well!

The appointment is off to a bad start because all you pulled out were tacky & overpriced PT dresses. As if no other designer in the whole boutique has the sexy & bridal combo. 😒

This consultant is not taking responsibility for her actions. She is not listening to what the bride wants and is dumping the responsibility all on the bride not good. I don't think this consultant is that instinctive. She did not ask the bride useful questions in order to even find out what she was looking for

So Violet tells her, "I'm getting married in the Dominican Republic" and then Antonella doesn't immediately think, "So beachy dresses." Whereas my mind is going to after seeing the wedding venue: Chiffon, organza, flowy, maybe some subtle sparkle. But she pulls out this heavy satin gown that won't breathe on the poor woman. And is a Pnina dress which has to be expensive. And this church lacy number which I'm thinking, "Are you really a wedding dress consultant?" I keep seeing dresses in the background that seem more like something I would try. Pnina didn't decide to reasonably price her dresses until after covid and still has the bottom-most price of 2,200 dollars. C'mon. Hit the budget.

Meh, "keeping an open mind" about a fabric when it's satin and the wedding is going to be in the Dominican Republic isn't all that reasonable. As someone who has spent time in the Caribbean, satin is *not* a good fabric for DR. As soon as she heard where the wedding was taking place, the consultant should have crossed satin off her list of choices.

"violet wants a sexy mermaid dress, so i head straight to the pnina boutique." yeah but violet also has a $5000 budget, ain't no pnina dress under $5000. and lo, she ended up picking a dress that's NOT mermaid, NOT (that) sexy, and half her budget. antonella tried so hard to bully her into an overbudget pnina, i'm glad violet was having none of it.

The bride said she didn't like a dress, Antonella told her to try it on anyway, she did try it on, and didn't like it. I don't see that the bride is being difficult. Her demeanor wasn't happy, but she wasn't being uncooperative. I wish Antonella would have LISTENED to her. She said, it's going to be in the DR, it's going to be hot, satin won't work. Still Antonella insists on putting her in satin!

This bride was not picky and certainly not hard to handle. Come on, there are so many more picky brides out there with an actual bad attitude. She wasn’t one of them and the consultant was not consulting like she should. After Violet brought TWO dresses down Antonella was already tired of Violet, which she had no reason to. We are all different and sometimes we don’t click, but that does make any of us bad people. There are so many more things I wanna say about this, but I’ll leave it here.

What a challenging appointment! To change your mind so dramatically from tight and sexy to ballgown is just crazy. I think she just couldn't articulate what she really wanted. So glad she spied the ballgown and decided to try it on. Congratulations!

When you know what you want as a bride, I don’t think consultants really are that helpful anymore. I didn’t have a wedding consultant-walked right in and picked my dress because I knew what I would like, what would look good, and was affordable. Maybe it’s just me 🤷🏼‍♀️

So many other brides have walked out with a tight fitted dress. Feels like the sales person was just not keen on working with this bride. Feels like the dress she finally chose was just something she settled for in the end. Something tells me she probably got another dress later.

I would say no to those dresses, too.

The dresses Antonella brought in were hideous, and her attitude towards this bride was terrible! No wonder she had such a hard time finding a dress with such an opinionated consultant!

She was not being difficult at all. She said she wanted sex appeal, and the only got the same strapless style dresses for her?!? I’ve seen plenty of dresses on this show with backless detail, cut outs, splits, etc. they seemed to limit her to one style choices and get annoyed so fast!

Antonella did not seem to be in a good mood on that day. I don't think that was the bride's fault although she wasn't the most likeable of gals.

Antonella totally dropped the bucket on this appointment. Shame on Kleinfields allowing this type of behavior from one of its consultants. At the end, the poor bride ended up with a dress that didn’t match any of her expectations or fitted her well.

You know ive noticed antonellla isnt really the most patient consultant, i felt like ive seen her get annoyed before, def not one of my favs :/

Antonella lowkey always is so impatient with brides when they don’t like her picks. I don’t feel like she takes in the feedback from the bride. She just gets passive aggressive 😭

Antonella just looks pissed. I've never seen her like this. She's usually friendly and supportive.

Beneath this bride's petulance lies another emotion: reluctance. She doesn't really want to marry this guy, but she is too far into the planning and too embarassed to halt the wedding. She's not happy; none of the dresses were any good, anyway! The offerings in no way seemed right for a breezy, beach-y ceremony. What about flowy, soft, light materials and designs.?

None of those dresses look like a beach style wedding gown to me.

The bride is beautiful and has a perfect body but I don’t think any of the dresses did her justice! She needed to try on more🤷🏻‍♀️. Bride definitely needed RANDY to the rescue 😉

The bride to be should've tried on some of the dresses she said no to. The "ugliest"dresses can look TOTALLY amazing when they have a body to fill them out.

I would be even pickier than she is... I just wouldn't let anybody pick up the styles to choose from to begin with.

The consultant was right. The brides need to realize they are getting married in the dress, not going out for a night on the town. It's not a pair of skin-tight jeans and it's not made of spandex! But, maybe that's just me. A little respect should be shown for the occasion. Doesn't seem to happen much on these shows. Glad somebody finally told them.

I actually hate the way they do it at Kleinfeld. Where they pick the dresses for you.. I have a figure that only I know what will look good and hide my lumps and bumps and I have learned it through a LOT of trial and error. I know what material I like and dislike. If they were going to pick a dress for me, I would have to prepare a long list of do's and don'ts before they pick. I like the way the other shops on this show=all of them but this one-let the bride and entourage look and pick. If I pick 3-4 dresses and don't love any of them, then I would turn myself entirely over to them because I would be frustrated by then. This girl was WAY too picky. She also needs to know that some dresses look meh on the hanger but look entirely different once on.

Try different styles & a different designer. She wasnt being picky she just meeded to find the right dress.

Violet is very pretty and I was a bit disappointed with the choices they gave her. I don’t think the dresses did anything for her figure. I’m sure there are elegant but sexy dresses that would have suited her.

Violet wanted trampy but the dress she chose was lovely, tasteful and bridal. Good choice.

So the consultant had too much attitude for me. The bride came in there with a vision of what she wanted; along with a budget of $5000. With that kind of money being spent, I would not appreciate a person getting an attitude with me because I didn't like the dresses they picked out. I don't blame her for not settling and I'm the same way too ... when I see it, then I know it's the one, if not, let's keep looking. Her job is not to give her own personal critique and unsolicited back handed comments, but to be helpful and find something that the bride may like.

Sometimes you get a difficult bride. You have to try the giwns on, nit say no to every dress thry bring in Antonella fud a good job with her. End result, the bride found a dress! Done !

I’m not familiar with Antonella but I have watched quite a few episodes at Klienfelds. I’ve never seen a consultant be so irritated and negative toward a bride. Yes the bride wasn’t decisive or very perky but the whole reputation of this store is to give the bride a positive experience. I’ve seen them bend over backwards to please difficult customers. I thought Antonella was pushy and not responsive to the brides needs.

Brides are more picky with expensive dresses . I notice this with a few brides where they hesitate and I think it's because even if the dress is within their budget it's expensive for them. They will be less picky if the dress is under 3000 dollars . Even if they have a budget that is like 7k . Their high budget is what they are willing to pay if there is a dress they just love and think is perfect for them. But that's not a feeling all brides will get .

This is the first time a Kleinfeld consultant gave me bad vibes.

She went there thinking of a mermaid style, but not really set on it. She herself said that she was leaving it to the consultant. The consultant showed her various mermaid options, however, Violet saw a Disney-like gown and thought it was appropriate versus a tight dress. She changed her mind 380 degrees. Consultants know what they are doing, and go the extra mile to help them achieve their vision. Her goal of being "the hottest girl" in the island, looking like a mermaid vanished. The consultant tried to help her despite her lack of direction, by giving her options along her request. Saying NO without giving direction is not helpful. Would you like to deal with someone like that if you were a consultant? To me, this bride to be was down toned and not pan-determined. I found her depressing.😮

This beautiful young woman came to the bridal salon with a specific style and designer in mind. She had a "vision" of what her perfect wedding dress would look like. Sometimes, that works. Sometimes, it doesn't. She didn't seem to be open to trying on dresses at first because they didn't fit her "vision." JMHO

This consultant is such a pain in every appointment/episode ! She should definitely switch to some other job where there is no human interaction at all 😅

I know this kind. So annoying to shop with and i always avoid accompanying them or helping them choose anything.

I must say Im quite ticky too, it would be hard with me same way. However advantage is that I am illustrator so I can draw it out what Im looking for and then we can look for dress closest to that ☺️

Off topic but Antonella is stunning.

Her problem is she looks good in everything. Most brides only look good in one style of dress so it makes things easier for them.

Remember these videos are edited. They can take a video that is boring and make it very tense by editing out the boring stuff. I think brides should leae the sluttiness for the honeymoon but look like a bride for the wedding. Glad she picked a beautiful dress.

I've seen dresses that look like she wanted. She wasn't picking out the right dresses for her. Didn't love the one she picked in the end.

This consultant is horrible ! Her every appointment goes like this. She completely ignores the bride's choice and tries to push in her ideas . And then acts all bossy and frustrated and says "This bride is not showing any emotions , she is not giving anything, she doesn't really know what she wants " ! Literally in every freaking appointment she says the same thing ! Syttd just fire her already !
