This was my wife and I's first dance song - and I was playing when I asked her to marry me. Now I'm mad at myself for not being able to play it like you can - I too am a guitar player - for 20 plus years. Beautiful playing.
A very moving version of this song, deceptively simple. Wonderful! At first it seemed to me you played it in an E open tuning variation but you don't, nice job.

Any chance to get the tabs for this? I fell in love with learning these fingerstyle arrangements while the whole lockdown stuff happened and this arrangement is perfect. One of the few songs that puts a lump in my throat after the first few notes.

Awesome playing! Love all your videos. I'm curious about your A & L Ami...I'm interested in purchasing one as my travel guitar. Have you had any issues with durability? I don't mind the scuffs and scratches...I actually love that. I just want to make sure it will hold up for several years. Thanks!
+Tim Weak I've had my A&L for 6 years, put it through hell, and it's still going strong. At one point the back was starting to come unglued, but a little wood glue and clamping fixed it right up. That was 2-3 years ago and it's still fine.
