In today's video I'm fishing with my good buddy Jay. We are fishing off the pier for Spanish mackerel. Our goal was to fish all artificial and catch as many fish as we can.

Yes. Lots of babies come close just like the Spanish macks.

How do your x-raps cast so well every time I get the small ones they don’t work good at all on on the pier is their something you do to them orrrrr.

For the pier is use an XR-10. Also for getting the most distance make sure you aren’t using to heavy of a line. The setup I used in this video had 20lb braid. You could even go down to 10 or 15 if you wanted more distance.

Hey what time are you fishing the pier? I was there yesterday and there were absolutely no fish on bait or on artificial (I was using x raps and diamond jigs)

Supreme Fishing alright. I’m just trying to get better at pier fishing and surf fishing (I do that a bit too off of the beach there up until Port Everglades)

With the pier and beach it all depends on conditions. Some days the bite is good other days it’s not. The key is to put in the time and learn new techniques.

Ok bro nice video but the only thing I didn't like was the way you reeled up the baby kingfish and the flip, king mackerel and all mackerel family are sensitive. Lol not trying to be mean but point it out, that baby probably dead.
