Hello Clara! I recently purchased a 1.5 kw Laser, I watched your videos which were very helpful and thank you. Now I'm trying to cut 12mm carbon steel, I used the parameters indicated by you but it doesn't work. The problem I have is with drilling. I would like if you could explain the logic of the parameters in the drilling stage, (how and why each parameter must be set according to the type of material). From what I can see, drilling the material at a good quality is more difficult than the cutting itself.

hello Clara...Thank you for your videos ❣....i am cutting 3mm CS with my 3000watt machine without piercing, the cut is Good and ok 👍.....does cutting without Pierce effect or damage the lenses or the head?

Hi Clara, thank you for all the information. I have a question. On our 4kW Laser, the pierce is good but it is shooting alot of sparks out of the top and my nozzle is getting real dirty during pierce to the point that it will not allow me to cut the entire sheet properly. What parameters should I start looking at? For Reference, the material is mild steel, 3mm and I am using oxygen. When I cut the same material with nitrogen, the pierce and the cuts are beautiful but I cant seem to keep the nozzle clean enough to get the same effect with oxygen. Thank you very much.

Hi Clara, I have one question, right now i have one laser marking machine which is used to mark on stainless steel base but right now its not marking on it, for testing i marked on aluminum plate its working well on that but not on base which i normally use for marking, is this machine loses its power ? or there is some thing else? kindly guide me. machine is only 6 months old.

when my laser machine starts the pierce it will make a huge explosion, and make a big hole, i have tried 2 stages, 3 stages, direct, max power, very low power, long piercing times, short piercing times, and it always does the same. (im trying to cut 4mm mild steel with oxygen) the blow is big, and the hole is irregular, making the following cut to be very big and irregular

What is This stainlessteel or mildlsteel .we can do stainlessteel focus minus but you say mild steel it plus in focus deferent can ido and setting my mechine.i use bodor laser 4kw
