Well you forgot that slippery also gives you +4% so it’s not 42% it’s actually 46%. Also I’d say: 46 (%) ^6 (attempts) divided by 100 ^6. That’ll add up to 97.520509% of unhooking yourself in any of these 6 attempts. And btw if you’re swf brings 4 antes and 4 purple lucks (and obv 4 slipperys) you’re chances are 99.274369%. Also if you’re interested if you’re doing this strat in a 2 man. Only in a TWO MAN. And both of you bring purple luck, slippery and antes you’re chances are 90.113252%. In only a TWO MAN. Also if the randoms in this two man need to unhook themselves (assuming they don’t have slippery bc they’re randoms) they still have a 62.6752%. And lastly if you do it on you’re own and bring up the ante (the green luck offering that does the same as the purple but only for you and not the whole team) and slippery you’re chances are 73.7856%. But then might as well bring deli.

Yeah, I loved this game. Sadly, most of the time, Otz plays like the friendly killer of the neighbourhood who follows the imaginary rules of baby survivors. I hate when Otz does that.

@UnIxerse Don't be near the hook at all, even if someone is leading you to the hook during chase. No "tunneling" even if the rescuer hides so the only one you find from unhook is the one who was just hooked. Don't bring meta perks, don't play certain killers, get everyone on death hook etc

I had this build ran against me as Sadako (not running meta or condemn playstyle) and got a 3k. They were a 4 man all t-bagging me, was toxic in endgame chat and left a -rep on my steam profile for being a "sweaty try hard killer who prevents survivors from having fun" despite me playing very "fair". The best part is that one was a TTV so I got to see there perspective and they were the pinnacle of entitled, just gotta love survivors some times right?

Don't forget survivor stacking for the advantage as well. Multiple claudettes with default skin.

The stealth is good if you use it at the right moments imo Mainly at the start of the match or if many survivors are injured. When time is of the essence and gens are actively contested, don't bother.

The entitled t-bagging Claude only escaped because Otz mind gamed himself. If he hadn't tried to get ahead of her by going around the long way to the gate and just kept the chase straight forward she wouldn't have had enough for her Syringe to take effect. As Otz said, she didn't win by her skills but by her items. I agree with you on everyone but Mika, as we didn't get to see her much that match and what we did see she was making risky plays to try and save a teammate. But everyone else we saw enough to see that they were sub-par at best and I can only assume that Otz's MMR on Pig is a bit on the low end for Otz.

The first Claud who got chased kept dropping pallets early in the game. She kind of screwed her teammates. These weren’t very competitive players in my opinion

@@vladspellbinder that's not how mmr works, your lowest killer mmr is bound to your highest killer one (to an extent). it can't be lower than a certain amount, and will rise to match that, and with the softcap, the difference becomes meaningless.

I was just explaining this literally yesterday to my group of two friends. Think about this. Kobe build is better than deliverance in EVERY WAY when it works. If you replace deliverance with slippery meat, you still have 3 perks to play around. Also it doesn't require a save to work, so no getting chased first and wasting deliverance. Also with jar of salty pus*y lips it stacks luck to the point where with slippery meat you and your teammates will always Kobe. That's not even counting up the ante, which you don't even need it's just overkill. My one friend didn't want to waste a slot on slippery so he only has 3 chances everytime. Got out everytime hahaha. Sorry for the long explanation

@@immortal_SO ...I think it's imbalanced. The win in this game is almost always time managment. While survivor is hooked it's already at least 2 people off gens, first one is hooked, second is unhooking. Maybe third one chased. Against such SWF there's no chance for a normal person to win a game, especially if they don't want to camp and tunnel. While in a normal game there are 1-2 people on gens most of the time in that case there are 2-3 people on gens most of the time. Combined with anti-tunnel perks and syringes or styptics it's simply impossible for killer to get more than 2k. Maybe if that's some sweaty killer they have chances for sure. But not someone trying to play casual killer.

@@dckstomper4592 it's not very common and I think most people who do it do it just for fun. It's imbalanced sure, but I genuinely think most times people are just trying a strat and having fun with a perk that's rarely used

I personally prefer sprintburst + Hope to make fat distance and it doesn't deactivate in endgame so I can make a break for it even if they have noed. This has worked for me even when I play solo

Indeed! He would have gotten a better result if he was more focused tho. Some missplays were made, but that's fine. Makes me a bit frustrated that the tbagging claud got away cuz of said mistakes... oh well.

@@davidtrueblood1863 This game was more of a draw and for sure not a loss considering the stuff they brought, but I was talking about Otz’s general attitude that can be seen in every clip. There were alot of moments in this video where he kept his cool really well and kept being positive

@@hmmm6798 Fair enough. I agree with Otz having a positive impact on my attitude going into DbD playing killer. It's what got me through the initial frustration when I first started playing and thought that winning = 4k. Now, thinking about it logically, Killer kinda cannot lose, even with 0k, if you were as much of an obstacle as possible to the survivors, you did your part and get bloodpoints for the efforts either way. Can't say the same for the side where you can die. That's basically a lose condition if ever DbD had one. And even then, they get rewarded BP for what they accomplished and can just queue another game.

Just don't go to the exit gates if you know you can't down them or they are already there. Yeah it will extend the match for 2 minutes because they will stay being toxic until the timer runs out, but just stay in a corner far away from doors and go afk, don't give those people the satisfaction to make you look at them being toxic while tbaging at the exit door

@@sensei_oogway1175 I wouldn’t say I’m a complete baby killer, I’ve been playing dbd on and off for a few years now but I rarely play killer so I’m pretty bad at it, but I know the game enough that I’m not completely horrible so sometimes (rarely, thank god) I get teams like this and it’s really frustrating.

We are aiming to balance the game for casual players to give them a better chance overall in matches, so we are removing the pig's undetectable status to prevent camping and tunnelling

She would go from subpar to A tier easily. In the right hands Pig can be fairly strong but has some really bad weaknesses.. your "fix" would turn her into a powerhouse I think. Not that I disagree, when killers like Nurse and Blight exist, pig just lacks.

The syringe is such a middle finger to your face. . . I played as a pig and had a rough match just to be stunned at a jungle gym during end game by an injured steve who popped a syringe. Medkits are seriously overpowered in this game.

When I finally realized that about Syringes I mained survivor but now as a killer main and watching this strategy its has to be full cap at Brown medi's at least.. This game answered a lot of questions I had, not disappointed at all.. Kind of shook lmao

Self unhook is the ONLY thing luck does anymore. No increased chance of higher rarity chest items (that's on Plunderer's) no chance to have an add-on when opening a chest (Ace In The Hole..) It's a sad "statistic." Imagine what these survivors could bring if they weren't each wasting 2 perk slots and their offerings on luck.

My solution to the problem was to play fair regardless, and maybe even let some survivors escape. If the higher ranks are largely filled by people who use meta perks, use exploits, and strategies like these, and you don't tunnel, camp, slug, use meta etc etc, you'll derank; thus being less likely to match up with these people going forward. Since you sweat less, you'll meet players who sweat less. Yeah, you won't be playing your hardest, and I am sure some people would consider this smurfing, but honestly, what does it matter? The survs you'll go against won't have BS matches, you won't have BS matches. As a bonus, if someone is toxic and you get the karma boner, you can start sweating in that match.

My friend either you are a survivor main who expects killers to follow the survivor bible and are somehow oblivious to the general entitlement of survivors, or you are pulling my tail. Yes technically it isn't against the rules to do your best to win in a swf, and nothing should stop you from using the most busted broken tactics. Problem is this game isn't intended to be an esport sweatfest and playing as optimally as possible with the endless supply of tools the devs give survivors while gimping killers (most of the time I know that the last meta shift was "killer favoured" but all it did was give some power back to a role that was powerless for over 2 years and the moment it happened the survivors couldn't take it) is just painful. And the whole toxic thing I mean 3 syringes and they still tbag when they are getting carried almost exclusively by perks that don't involve player involvement. When you win because of tools that just give you a win con that has 0 counterplay in any way shape of form, if it's in the game and you are using it, doesn't make it "toxic" but the attitude sure is. And these "don't let the killer do anything other than bash his head at the wall" builds is what is hemorrhaging players from dbd I mean Nov and Dec lost them another 5k players.

Maining killer right now is less fun than sawing your balls off with chicken wire.

You can't know the build of the other team and by the time you guess it (Like Otz did), it's already late, map offerings is one thing, luck offerings is completely unavoidable. That's the problem, you can do "meme" builds as survivor and still win, but you can't do the same as killer.
