Do you keep your marshmallow at a low temp in the oven in piping bags while you mix your colors? It’s so difficult to get it all done before piping… mine gets too thick… I’m having issues! Just starting out so I’m looking for answers and direction on where I can find these answers. Thanks Amy! Really loving your content. Your creations are so amazing!!! 😍

Hey I've tried your recipe for about 2-3 times but my marshmallows can't stop from melting the inside part too is in liquid form they don't get fluffy I've even kept them for 1-2 hours covered down in cornflour I had even poured 1/2 TSP of gelatin powder I hope you'll reply in somedays I need your answer loads of love from India:)❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hi there! I believe your sugar/corn syrup/water mixture is not heated enough. Do you have a thermometer? Heat your sugar mixture until 110c/230F if it’s not heated enough they won’t set properly and when heated too much your marshmallows will turn dense. Hope this will help!❤️ sorry should’ve mentioned it in the video!😅🥺 im still working on my editing skills
