MARINADE RECIPE:
Bring 3 liters of water to a boil
2 large carrots, cut into rings
3 large onions, cut into rings
Cook carrots and onions over low heat for 5 - 10 minutes
5 pieces. - bay leaf
2 tablespoons black peppercorns
2 tablespoons allspice
2 teaspoons cloves
130 grams - coarse sea salt - four heaped tablespoons
300 ml. - vinegar 30%
250 gr. - sugar - ten heaped tablespoons
Bring the marinade with spices to a boil and pour into sterilized jars with fried pieces of pike. Close the lid tightly and wrap it in a blanket until it cools completely. Store in the refrigerator or in a cool place.
