Thanks for giving it a try! Sorry you had such bad luck with the enemies, this hack was not balanced with any of the other enemy stats in mind, and I'm too much of a baby to even use them myself. I should probably have put a note in the game itself that any of the alternate enemy stats should only be done by experts. Normal enemies really makes this a LOT more bearable, so hopefully your next attempt goes better
Yeah after this run, so far I've only been using vanilla stats, but I've played almost 10 different seeds at this point and recognize how screwed I got here lol great game!
Not to have the most literal username ever but a lot of this is your fault for turning 251 stats on you clearly remember how painful 251 was and you still thought it was a good idea.
This is SUCH a cool mod though! The different cave types blended together almost seamlessly, all the different modes, and the multitude of playable characters is just the cherry on top!
Lol it’s late and I thought “generation” was referring to age, “ this generation knows nothing of good old fashioned pikmin games” nope, you mean rng, my bad
little tip incase you encounter the crab unexpectedly again, you can make it roll into the void and it'll instantly die, dont worry about the treasure it drops if something falls off a cliff and dies any treasure it has respawns on land the rusted metal rooms have the most amount of cliffs to fall off so its best to try to lure it out in a room like that this also applies to almost all enemies, so if you encounter a bulbear, you can try to lure it off and the body wont respawn so you dont have to worry about it coming back to life edit: seems you actually figured that out on your own because of that bulbear, i should learn to watch all the way before commenting
@@TheDMan2003 why must you remind me of my comments from one year ago thus making me cringe at how easily i couldve just put this into one line rather than 50
I thought I knew a lot about the Arachnorb family’s movements… never once did I realize how completely crazy their legs can act on the walls. It turns out, arachnorbs always move their legs in a set pattern: front right, front left, back right, back left. And they can walk forwards, and turn left or right, but they can’t sidestep or back step. With Man-at-legs, the mechanical leg is the front right leg. Don’t believe me? Watch their movements closely.
You really have _got_ to check out Pecan 2! I may have said this before, but this is yet another mod by PikHacker. Also, have you heard of this Pikmin 2 mod called Gilbert and Hank? In this mod, you literally play as a Waterwraith and a Giant Breadbug! This mod is implemented into Colossal Caverns, too.
