If you haven’t already I recommend playing the pikmin 3 demo you can transfer your data to the main game and you get some bonuses for playing it

I hope so too but for someone, who played the original when it was worth 20 Bucks, 60 is a bit much. There better be more than 2-3 extra hours of side story fun.

As a guy who discovered the game with 3, I did not even know who Olimar was (Skipped smash brawl) so it was a nice experience and I could follow the adventure without knowing anything, it is great! Now I own all pikmin game (Even Hey! pikmin)

My first pikmin game was the pikmin minigame on Nintendoland and I loved it so I got the both games on the Wii and loved them then played pikmin 3 and hey pikmin so I'm big fan of the series

Pikmin 3 and Luigi's Mansion 1/2/3 have such a good place in my heart and im so happy that one of them is coming to the switch, one of them is being ported and that people still talk about Luigi's Mansion 3. I would love Pikmin 1/2 and Luigi's Mansion 1/2 to all come to the Switch!

The demo has somehow converted me from the pointer control scheme akin to the Wii Remote set up to a joy-stick control scheme similar to the gamecube set up. Any others who switched like that?

Try and get the Platinum medal in the Pikmin 3 Deluxe demo and then give your rating I was able to get it after a little while and I've come to realize the game is amazing The controls and strategy to earn the Platinum will build a foundation for your full game experience; Since I got the platinum medal I've been thinking about the game nonstop, to even get it you have to master the fundamentals of the game so I highly recommend that be your goal until the full game arrives on Friday Have fun

There is a lot of bugs in the game and some stuff that needs to be improved, like with the pikmin path finding issues and online bingo battle multiplayer and also prob some 2v2 because there is 4 characters and the split screen in bingo batttle. Like the kopoites could be on the top of the screen and the hoctations could be on the bottom and it would play normal with the 2 on the top and the 2 on The bottom battling eachother

Don’t worry about the day/night thing to much you’ll be able to have enough juice buffer to take your time each day you can fill the fruit jars up pretty quickly to give you loads of time/days in advance don’t forget the demo only let you played for 3 in game days but the full game there won’t be limits

Hey NINTENDO, can we transfer our Animal Crossing: New Horizons island to a new Nintendo Switch if our old one broke or maybe the new Nintendo Switch Lite consoles some of us bought? I know you don’t care because we already paid for the services you provided but I’m not happy AT ALL that I have to start my island over that I’ve been working on since the game released. This, along with your “limited release” games like Mario 3D All Stars and Fire Emblem is starting to send my business in another direction. I’m not going to support a company that no longer provides quality games and service.

@@Shmeve0 Yeah, that is the thing with these Wii U ports and how badly you want to double-dip. I loved it on Wii U and was a major reason why I bought a Wii U in the first place. They're adding quite a bit to it IMO but I'm going to wait for a sale (something closer to $40 is the max I would double-dip for).

The Nintendo Switch makes no sense to me. It’s a huge success but its game library in 95% Wii U ports and the Wii U sold less units than the Dreamcast. What is going on?

The switch has several beloved original titles and was actually advertised correctly unlike the wii u which had many good games but because of the name people didn't know was it a new console or was it a wii add on

To add to what Benedict said, the Wii U also had very limited 3rd party support, which was partly because of the gamepad and partly because the PS4 and XBox One came out only a year later and were more powerful. And for some reason a lot of the 360/PS3 ports on Wii U ran like trash, despite the fact that Wii U wasn't underpowered compared to those systems (see Bayonetta 2 and Xenoblade Chronicles X). The Switch has gotten pretty strong 3rd part support so far, which helps it sell units, and selling more units means there's a much bigger audience for those Wii U ports.

Nintendo should have made this a Nintendo switch launch port unless it is a marketing ploy, surely they didn't lose faith in this franchise the Japanese market is huge, the western market is going to eat this up.
