@@lloyd2226 im a programmer and it really depends on how it is programmed If its done by just a variable Lets say the game checks the variable "captains" If its 0 you have alph If its 1 you have britanny If its 2 you have charlie If its 3 you have louie If its 4 you have olimar (game completed) In thag case unlocking louie would set the variable captains to 3, also unlocking charlie. But there are litterally hundreds of ways to code, and it really depends. The game could also glitch out and crash completely, other scenarios is that louie would just float around, or sit in a chair and the conversation would go around without charlie etc.

It's because the cutscene is programmed to show the rainbow onion instead of the red one, so they kinda mixed together on day 3, but since the cutscene doesn't play on day 4 if was red again.

I think the Onion is programmed to be its final size, but the color only changes during the end of day cutscenes so it has the red texture

@@KirbyKidG yeah, but you can clip through a wall and escape without them. It’s not the usual path, but in circumstances like this it could be used to beat the game with nothing but reds.

Well, yellow onion skip is a glitch, no you don't get yellows. The beeg onion shows yellow on the texture, but you have to use a weird glitch to get yellows.

Also, no mawdad is impossible, as to do a proper meerslug skip you need the dodge whistle

I think its because the game expects you to have all pikmin types, so it increases the size of the onion to that size. Yet since there are only red pikmin, the onion is only red.

@@mew3929 The title says "only Red Pikmin" but they use yellow Pikmin.

They use the yellows to light the bulbs, but they came from Candypop Buds.
