That's Bur! It means "avocado" or "butter" in Vietnamese ! I like to think of him as an avocado though!!

Just finished this one. 🔥 Did it with resistance bands to take it up a notch.! The cool down was a savior for my sore/ on fire thighs. 🙈 Will do the HIIT tomorrow.!

Great modification Cristina! Don't do a lot of with ankle weights on the channel, and for sure they're a great way to improve a workout !! Love it!!

In Argentina it´s Spring, but I like to think about California ... and 90 days of Fall. Pilates and your lovely dog backwards. Only 5 days as I have a new puppy Shi Tzu, I was a little bit inspired of your dog hehehe but my Puppy doesn´t let to train me well for now, but It´s a lot of fun! Are you really doing the videos every day or do you shoot them a little forward? I can´t wait for your video tomorrow Hannah!! Great job!

hi Elena!! That's so amazing you're getting a small Shi Tzu, they're soooo cute! Please, what will you call them? Happy the challenge is going well for you! Indeed, most days I shoot, though I often try to get 1-2 days ahead a couple times a week so that I can also take a bit of time off and relax. Usually you can tell because the workouts get shorter for 2-3 days lol! Anyways, hope you're enjoying the sunshine in Argentia, summer is so great 💛

You didnt invent the knee to toe taps. Winsor pilates did that years ago and many others... you have a lot of moves that are unique but not that one :p love u!!
