Check out this standing Pilates workout using a small towel as a prop! Although the focus is on the lower body, the towel provides additional connection and engagement in the upper body as well.
In this standing Pilates routine, we'll add in single leg balance exercises to work on glute and core engagement in a standing position. They'll also be flexibility and mobility movements mixed in, as well as a plank added in as well :)
This 24-minute standing Pilates workout is great to do anytime during the day and can be done in a small space using just a mat and a small towel. Overall, your whole body will feel energized when you're done!
