Check out this standing Pilates workout using a small towel as a prop! Although the focus is on the lower body, the towel provides additional connection and engagement in the upper body as well.
In this standing Pilates routine, we'll add in single leg balance exercises to work on glute and core engagement in a standing position. They'll also be flexibility and mobility movements mixed in, as well as a plank added in as well :)
This 24-minute standing Pilates workout is great to do anytime during the day and can be done in a small space using just a mat and a small towel. Overall, your whole body will feel energized when you're done!

I never tell you enough how much I appreciate your approach in respecting your current bodies' ability without shying us away of trying it out! I always feel confident when you bring up a new move! Now in my 30s..Ive noticed a change in my approach to fitness and doing what feels right without worrying so much how I'm not fit enough to do it....today I Felt alot of stress melt away! Loved this video's approach/mix gentle burn?! Lol i am probably explaining myself wrong! More of these!♡ Good energy to you Mrs. Cailin!
