I play alto sax for this piece in my senior concert band at my highschool, we only got this piece a couple days ago but learning my part for this song is amazing, it’s such a great piece
Our Concert band group at Junior College I go to in Modesto, California played this last semester 2023, the band really liked it. I loved it because I play Bass Drum.

why did youtube have to remove my favorite recording of this song, the recording that brought me and many other highschool band members together. sorry it wasn't posted by the original author but the studio recording was the single reason it was so popular. It was perfect. Biggest apologies to the writer that that video had the most views but guaranteed we all still recognized your content even without the youtube poster being legitimate. This simply is not as good as the studio recording which was posted and I have lost all the comments and friends I made through that one video. I don't know where else to find the actual perfect recording of this song and it makes me sad to have to listen to this, even though they are very close to perfect.
I play the bass clarinet in the wind orchestra. But I played the alto saxophone in this piece. What a beautiful alto sax solo sound in the introduction part !!!
