The Trip happened September/October 2017 on-board Pilgrim, a homemade catamaran. Starting from Marseilles, France, going through Corsica, Sardinia, Eoles Islands, Peloponnese, Cyclades and back.

This is the style of sailing that I enjoy. Many of the other channels seem to be rushed and with a schedule, like we hope to make it to the next port by tomorrow.... that's not how you sail. Sailing is about going with the wind, and staying still as long as you like... also being topless as much as possible.

Wonderful video made by the son of Jacques Pierret, owner of Pilgrim. It is great to see the younger generation taking the boat for such a fantastic cruise.

That was a lot of fun. Instruments on board helps the hours go by. The whiskey and wine song was fantastic! Great voice!! (Who sings the original?) Free diving and exploring on land. You're fortunate to have taken such a trip.

I was impressed by the meticulous cataloguing of the places you visited, and your close interactions with the local people. One definitely got a full picture of what life in the Greek islands is all about. In Greek, your novel approach to sailing is called omphaloscopia--navel gazing.

Sorry mate, if you didn't get it, you either need to get some sailing experience or watch some other sailing channels. These are pretty unique boats that do create a unique experience. I could give you a list but what fun would that be and it's one of those things that's best to figure out for yourself. Far winds

Good voyage. I was visited in Marseille at last year. I was kayaking in Rhone river from avignon to saint luise port. And Marseille beach to sormiou calunque. It's nice place.
