After a decade of taking these types of medications, I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m not sick. I’m medicated. 🤪 I’m off of ALL of them. So far, I have lost 34 Lbs & keep getting healthier.

Have lost only 12 lbs but at least 2 dress sizes in the last 45 days, since working on keto type format. Still working things out. Hats off to Dr. Berry & others for their invaluable help. Cheers

@@lanettek8545 I just got my cholesterol results 6 days ago. Just to let you know, they are not good, but I don’t care. I’m taking my chances b/c these prescriptions cause weight gain and the key to a healthier body IS weight loss. Doctors prescribe medicines b/c the benefits out-way the side effects, but I don’t believe that that is true. Ten years of these medication cocktails and my health became worse! I’m healthier today b/c my A1C is back to a normal range with just a 36 pound weight loss and I still have 86 pounds to go. I can only expect that my health will only improve as I continue to lose weight and stay off their medications. I hope that this is helpful:)

My husband started watching you as soon as we came home in November after being diagnosed with diabetes with a 12.3 A1c and sugar was 340 the morning he went in for a triple bypass. He has been eating as close to carnivore as he can , I do fix good vegetables for him . Day before yesterday at the endocrinologist his A1c was 5.5 , she was floored. She said she couldn’t tell him anything, she needed him to teach a class. I told her he follows you and ketovore works.She had never seen such a reversal. He is starting to back off of his metformin and if he continues to maintain should be free of his medicine in three months. We start our mornings watching your videos and searching recipes. It is a life changer that gives hope and makes life livable.

My Dad fought to keep his diabetes under control for several years while following a essentially a meat and vegetable diet, but it never made any difference, and his doctor figured he was eating high carb/high sugar regardless of what he said. After seeing this video I realize that he was prescribed most of these meds that are mentioned which were keeping his numbers high. The nerve damage he suffered eventually took over his legs and eyes and IMO caused an early death. Doctors should be held liable for not knowing the potential effects of medications they so easily hand out to their patients.

Information on prescription drugs is available in the _Physician's Desk Reference,_ of which most doctors have a copy in their office. This is the same information that is contained in the insert that comes with the drug bottles, but many pharmacies remove before handing the drugs over to the customer. I always ask for the insert to be included. If the insert is missing, one can still get the same information online. I've caught my physician on occasion prescribing drugs that can have unacceptably serious side effects or interactions just by reading the drug data.

Thank you for the information. I am t2 diabetic and my a1c was 10.6 taking 150 units of insulin a day. Dr wants my a1c to be 7 not below and the dietician told me to have 45 gas of carbs for all three meals. Every time the answer was you need more insulin. I found your channel and went on Keto and stopped taking the insulin. After 7 months I am down in weight from 245 to 185. I am 6 feet tall and 67 years old. My blood sugar has gone from 280 to 150 and I hit a wall. I am also on lipitor and lisinopril and metropitol . I am stopping these because they are probably why I can't get NY sugars under control. I had a heart attack 3 years ago. I had 4 scents put in. I always had high cholesterol and triglycerides even on their meds. Since going on keto and intermittent fasting my cholesterol and triglycerides are perfect .

Rice hull at least has a purpose however and ultimately because it is fiber and has vitamins it isn't "that" bad. While maltodextrin is just sugar and has no purpose and has no silver lining whatsoever. Gotta fill supplements with something, or they would be so tiny and without some binders they would not stay together and be messy etc. I see zero reason to be putting maltodextrin in supplements.

Either don't need to know or don't deserve to know and some are even rudely obstructive if we ask to many questions.

I need help.. I go in Tuesday for blood work. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2017 but was to stubborn to take pills, now my symptoms are really bad. I had blood work done a few weeks ago and she only tested for THS .. she said the other Drs were wrong I don’t have hypothyroidism. I don’t have insurance so need to know what is an absolute when it comes to testing for hypothyroidism. Praying this new Dr is willing.. thank you!!

Glad im seeing this today. In April of this year my PC prescribed lipitor, and without educating myself i agreed to take, then the next month she she says my blood sugar is going up, so she prescribed Metformin. I had a horrible reaction to metformin, thank god, and after that approximately one month after that my knees started to hurt very badly, and finally on 10/23/23 i had a reaction to lipitor while on vacation and started urinating brown after vomiting the medication up. The other Doctor in the office saw me and said no it doesnt, and went in to say something that struck a cord with me. He said so and so a drug representative was just in the office today and i thought to myself these Doctors are peddling these meds, and not treating me. Thank you Dr. BERRY

Hello, Dr. Berry. I really enjoy your videos. They've really been a blessing to my family. Lately, I've noticed RU-vid has been removing the date posted of some of your videos (and others, too). I've also noticed you putting a date on some of your videos that have been updated with new information since your first posting of information on that topic. I wanted to say thank you for that. Having that date makes it SO MUCH better for viewers to find the most up-to-date information from you. Oh! And congrats on having so many subscribers. That's really wonderful!

I have moved over to KETO and intermittent fasting and found some odd increases in blood sugar when I take my Lipitor……..I have lost weight, I am almost off insulin, no more joint and muscle pain, and feeling great. I will ask my doctor for alternatives to the Stanton. Thanks for another great video! You have changed my life!

I used to be on metoprolol. A cardiologist recently put me back on. A week ago I asked both my pharmacist and Dr about taking it with metformin bcuz I read they could interact. Both said it might make my sugar lower, but reduce if it gets too low! I'd also been on fluticasone for a long time. I stopped when my nose started to bleed. PCP wasn't happy. I was also on gabapentin and a statin. I'm still on levothyroxine. At one time I was on five of these at the same time. While I was working with an endocrinologist for my diabetes! I've gradually been taking myself off of meds for a while now. Sometimes I talk to my prescribing Dr but there are times when I just do it. Aspirin. (After it was on surgeon general list as def not benefiting diabetics. PCP not too happy. Gave me a glaring stare) Psych meds. Allergy meds, which were probably giving me allergy symptoms. Because I finally had allergy testing and I'm apparently not allergic to anything!! Went off all the allergy meds at one time per the allergist. No problems anymore. I want to get off more meds because I'm much healthier. I don't think I need all of them. Thanks!

This is an eye opener for sure. Before I go running off to either my pharmacist or try randomly searching the internet, is there (can you direct me and others to) at least one or more online sites/locations where I/we can search our own specific medications to see if they contribute to raising blood sugar? Much appreciated.

Not sure what we are supposed to do with this information? If one has asthma, one cannot simply not take said medications. I have asthma, and though I don't use my inhaler nearly as often as I used to, I still need it...
@sherylmarshall1444

Exercise more , cut stress, breathing exercises - look at the oxygen advantage and you may not need it but keep it for when you do. I take the steroid inhaler very low dose and don’t need to take my Ventolin. I didn’t take steroid for years when my health and fitness was optimum. Working on fitness again. All depends on your specific needs. Just don’t worry. Take Ventolin if you need though it’s short acting.
