Delicious I made five of them and only use the fourth of a cup of the heavy cream was perfect not too much wet Underneath more thicker under there I also added pecans to my cinnamon mixture along with raisins absolutely wonderful thank you for sharing
@@lavonX1 most recipes I've seen you just pour the whipping cream so it comes about halfway up the cinnamon rolls and it's never been too much for us and never been soggy that way..

I made this today. It is sooooooooo good! it's a keeper. I also made this my own when I accidentally put in 2 tablespoons (instead of 2 teaspoons) of vanilla! Oops. 🤣🤣🤣 The frosting is a lovely light brown color, and that's ok 🙃. Didn't affect the flavor at all!
Try drizzling maple syrup on the pan before putting in the rolls and then pouring the cream until it’s half way up the rolls. It’ll make a vegan faint but delicious.
I made these tonight, they are awesome!! I have been looking for this recipe for quite awhile. Don't worry about the trolls, when I cook for my family I use my fingers to taste also!!!! Alot of cooks do!!

Because how the TikTok video did it. It really doesn’t matter as long as you bake it. I bake mine a little longer now so that all of the cream is soaked up in the buns😉
Interesting, of the many many versions of this recipe I've ever seen...I have never seen whipping cream poured in the bottom.. always the cinnamon rolls go in first, and the whipping cream is poured over them just halfway up the cinnamon rolls. Mine have never come out gooey and floating in liquid like yours. Plus I bake part of the time without foil and part of the time with..
Bake them for about 10 minutes with the foil off, you don’t want them sitting in that puddle of cream, that needs to be completely absorbed. Also add a teaspoon of salt to the butter, cinnamon and brown sugar.
Yes! This particular batch I used Rum but I also use Vodka. Most recipes call for Vodka but you can use any liquor you want to use as long as it’s not too heavily flavored. what is the weigfht of the "1 box" of confectioners sugar. That brand, is not locally available, and you move the box too quickly to see what the weight of the package is.
So you don’t cook or bake much! A box of powdered sugar is 16 ounces. A cup is 8 ounces. The whole box is 2 cups of sugar which is what most frostings calls for. Research recipes and I’m almost certain there’s a plethora of them that calls for a box of powdered sugar love👍🏼🤔

No actually I don’t know everything but I do know how many ounces are in a cup. My response wasn’t snarly nor a smart answer but I did assume that you don’t cook much.
You need to do better on these ingredients for anyone wondering is 2 1/4 cups of powdered sugar, if you can’t find the Dixie crystal brand so instead of saying “one pack” try saying the correct unit of measurement, and also instead of “canned milk” try differentiating between condensed or evaporated milk as both are in cans

Next time cook them long enough that the liquid is absorbed into the rolls. That way they won’t be soggy and you will love them. Add maybe 10 to 15 minutes to the cooking time but check them if you are using a glass baking dish by peaking at them while they are still in the oven😉
I just watched somebody else’s recipe which was essentially the same as this recipe except as far as the baking time goes he did 45 minutes covered with foil and then finished it off by doing 10 minutes uncovered. I’ll bet that would fix your problem😊
This is why I have trouble eating food cooked by other people. Please use a spoon instead of your ungloved hand to taste your food. Every thing was fine until you used your bare fingers and encouraged your child’s bared fingers to grab a sample of the topping.🤢🤢🥴🥴
I know that you’re never going to read this, but I hesitated a lot because of the cream on the pan, but these are the BEST cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. Hello. I usually cook mine a little longer but I didn’t want them to be dry. They were delicious. I always get extra caramel, extra frosting and pecans when I get them at the Cinnabon store. Then I’ll eat on one for about 3 days😉
