I made the cake and poured some chocolate ganache with the toppings and it was literally amazing

i made this cake and it turned out amazing! it looks just the same as it is on the label..

I bought this today.do we need to remove the rubber (gasket) from the cooker too ? And I will use a 3 litre pressure cooker.so,should I put it in sim or medium heat ?

Can water be used instead of milk?
