My Lady! I never write comments, but now I have to. I did most of your recipe and it always turned out super good, they are easy to make with very straight forward instructions. For a not very good cook like me, your recipes gave me the feeling of success and I started to love cooking. Thank you for that! Now you came with this video and I am shocked how much talent you have and hard work you do with your little team. I was in Vietnam, but now I have to go back to enjoy the place by your gastronomy tour suggestion. The video is just so well-made that I cannot wait for the next one. Hello!! We started serious research October last year during a holiday to Vietnam, then we went back twice this year to continue researching and do the filming in August/September. This was a side project so we had it on the back burner to do the edits, so it took much longer than it would have if we prioritised it! :) N x
