Pimp My Enrober 

People in the comments asking or wondering if the enrober is worth it. Remember it's still fairly new to them and still dialling in their techniques. Eventually they'll have one person on this whilst others do other things, it will not only save time, but save even more tedious work these guys have to do

Enrober manufacturers should really build in some way to cut that paper. Steve, Paul, and other candy makers could star in a show called "how to finish building your brand new enrober,"

I ordered some of the chocolate covered marshmallows a couple of months ago and they are the best that I have had in a very long time. Both the dark and milk chocolate.

i made chocolate covered marshmallows as party favors for a birthday party , you really haven't lived until you have tasted one 😍 i put sprinkles on one end and put them on a kabob stick, kids loved them and the adults too. I'm sure they weren't as good as Steve's though. ❤

I never knew that the wheel things were made and put on there. Palace of sweets has it and It just looks so natural with it. Oh and The right side of the chocolate coming out was clogged that's why that one Marshmallow that didn't get covered.

Is the enrober saving you guys time? Seems like a lot of extra work/time to only run a handful of items at a time, cut the paper, transfer to a new area, and then set the machine up again. Why not run larger batches to save time?

Have you tried the marshmallows that are for smores? they are square but still thick enough for being covered by chocolate. Think they are called the stackermallows or smoremallows. Love your videos and watch them repeatedly on weekends for sng.

Seems like a waste of paper.

I got the impression that the enrober was supposed to increase production, and the number you can enrobe in chocolate. It seems rather slow to enrobe the marshmallows in chocolate, and it seemed the same with the oreos. If you compare the time it takes to cover the marshmallows in chocolate by hand vs the enrober - do you not think the hand method is faster?

I feel like the time it takes for the marshmellows to pass through and also get checked by your dad is the same amount of time it takes for him to just hand cover the same amount >.>

To be honest this enrober seems pretty useless, you could do it way faster by hand
