Id like to know. Let's say you want to make a mugen stage from the ground up? Or want to make an intro for the game. Or cutscenes. Just curious. I'm hoping to make my own games sprites and art from scratch
Hell yeah it is. I love M.U.G.E.N. back then and now. I would love to come back and make content but its been really hard, due to being partially hospitalized.
@@ItsTommiii hey man when I transfer mugen fighting jam into my game everything was good at first but for some reasons when I put in the characters inside of the game it doesn't show them a portrait or even there sprites Pls man I don't want to continue dealing with this

You explained how to customize Mugen in less than 20 minutes - amazing tutorial. Do you have any good full pre-made Mugen games that you suggest I should try - I want wacky ones with Homer Simpson, Ronald McDonald etc. 🙂
Man I was crazy with everything mugen 6 years ago because I didn't have a very powerful pc and I love fighting games then I upgraded and I totally forgot about it but yesterday my ten year old brother said to me : that he want to play that crazy fighting game that had a ken that played like akuma so I downloaded mugen and I forgot how to do anything thank you for making this tutorial

@@lizardhunter7585 No worries, this channel got you! Haha, It isn't necessary to install notepad++, but, its outlines everything really well and everything thing looks super organized. Making everything easier to read and it even has really helpful tools.
I have a question I'm going to have to ask several channels because I've never seen anybody post anything about it. Do you know how to turn your mugen fighting build into the file version that doesn't allow you to view the chars or edit the configurations kind of like a real PC game? I've 3-6 times but I don't know how they do it. In a netshell you wont be able to ad stages or chars or configurations. I'ts basically when your game is complete. Do you know how to convert the game to make it so others cant edit your build?
Will the characters on Hentaicharmugen work in any version of MUGEN you download including their animations, or are those characters/animations exclusively for that Queen of Fighters version of MUGEN they have?

Hey great video! I'm unable to find the Player Select.DEF file when trying to add a character and was wondering if you have any idea what I could be missing. :)
I had the same problem but I figured it out, for example, i downloaded a character called SonicV2 and when I opened the folder it had the same name again. If the same folder has all the stuff you need in it, delete the 1st folder. Sorry if I explained it weirdly but you get what I mean right?
I just registered a account on a Friday and the next day I tried to look at the characters but I couldn’t cause it said I’m not active enough or something, should I just wait till the weekdays?
@@ItsTommiii It seems the owner of the page limited the access to foreign people... I know there is more pages or sources to download but that one was very complete, it sucks really.

Hello I am not tommy but I will tell you how to do it. 1. First of all you need 7zip. Download link is in the description and install the software 2. Then you right click on the CVS3 file. 3. You will see 7zip 4. hover over the 7zip 5. Then press extract here
Yo whats goodie, follow the tutorial from 0:37 - 3:57 ONLY. After that you will be all set and good to go. I showed how to install 7z as well as how to extract a file and I also showed how to play mugen and how to set up your controller. That's all your going to need to play CVS3 :) Hope this helped!
