Too many Super Jackpots. Can't ever have enough of them, though. Thanks to Farsight Studios, Williams, and the guys who made Terminator 2! Follow on Twitch for live broadcasts: / pinballwiz45b
I probably spent $50 in quarters on this machine when I was a kid. Still my favourite pinball game too. So glad they put these out for the new generation to experience.
I played with a T2 table in summer 2000. Next to it was a Addams Family table. Nearly 20 years later i learned how rare both are in Europe and even rarer together at the same place.
I had this incredible luck to play this game as a kid, the best pinball I ever played. Was spending most of my money on that and Metal Slug arcade. Couple of years later learned about pinball emulators. At first I was sceptical - how can you even imagine taking all that physical experience to a PC? When I loaded that table the first time, I really had hard time getting my jaw from the floor. Ball physics was so much real. Everything I was remembering was there. Great times!
What's out there now, and even two years ago physics whlise and graphics wise is drastically better than this. Maybe Zen will will get the license to do this one for a whole new generation.
The sounds on the pinball cabinate blow me away (NO pun intended) a favorite of mine no matter where it was, would play it at least once, loved the movie, and this pinball, the only thing that feels missing is the T2 theme music that would put this personally at the top of the top of 90's Pinballs, but that's just me...
This, along with the T2 arcade game, was my first exposure to the Terminator franchise. I was too young to see the movie and the T-800 endoskeletons were perfect nightmare fuel for my six year old mind.
I remember having a love/hatred for pinball machines back in the 70's and 80's. I loved them but I always sucked playing them. When the PS2 PS3 came out with Pinball, Williams Pinball, hell even back during the Sega Genesis days of Sonic Spinball, Mötley Crüe Pinball or Crüe Ball, I loved those games! I have the PS4 sets of Williams Pinball and Gottlieb(hope I spelled it correctly), and many of the tables. What I didn't realize was how expensive it would be to get all the tables I wanted. It's been a while, I haven't been back there in 2 years. Those pinball games were so cool AND I didn't have to blow $10.00 in quarters to play and lose.
Played this a lot at college on the official table My highest score was over 4 billion. They used to reset the machine every week to get rid of my initials on the leader board🤣 I got kicked off it once because it was exam time and some of the students were complaining about the noise....
Zen's making Williams tables now, and they recently released Indiana Jones without the need of a Kickstarter. Given this, it's a matter of time when most of the remaining TPA library will return. T2 and Dracula will be easy compared to Indy.
@@pinballwiz45b it sounds like schwareneggers actual voice i wonder how much they had to pay him , seeing as around that time in the 90s he was the biggest action draw at the cinemas
U know I Wish I had this Machine and ofcourse from my entire Life I have played this Machine only once and I hope I can find this Pinball again in a Bar or in another Mall or anywhere else.
I have a few sugestions. In real pinball machines the ball is bigger and faster it moves. I wonder if it is difficult to improve? I have the impression that for the production of pinball games for PC and consoles take people who have no sense, or do not have the desire to turn itself for comparison video where you see how fast the machine is running. I just try to say this not looks like real pinball arcade yet. Get to work ! :D
agreed. the english doesn't exactly translate into real life movement. you have to accept that sometimes, its just not your game when you play. i won a pinball tournament on sheer physics alone. now....having said that, watching this video has given me strategy to consider and the wonderment of a superb game. my hat is off to who(m)ever posted this. you are in a league higher than me.
Why does the game play look like a play station game does this mean that this is out for the PS3 or 4 as a play table can anyone tell me please thank you
Pinball Arcade is available for the Droid systems, both tablet and cell. It would take a newer cell (read S-5 or better) to really make the games snap. As usual, they don't pay me to endorse it (even tho they really need to).
While The Pinball Arcade is available on mobile devices, the Bally/Williams tables including this one here were removed in 2018. The only possible way to get these tables is by downloading a cracked version of the game.
I am looking actually in Steam, as long as i was Hugely excited finding terminator 2 table, it was my favourite table where i spent a lot of hours when i was kid. And i am seeing Pinball Arcade has now three packs with Six tables each, but NOONE have terminator 2. NO-one have any williams/Bally tables.. How is that posible???? Now is there no way to play This terminator 2 Pinball again???
Yeah, unfortunately Farsight lost the license to recreate or sell the Williams and Bally tables. If you also haven't heard, Zen has the license now. They're starting to pump them out, complete with new features and tournament mode.
Oh. I discovered.. I already have ZEN Pinball (Pinball FX3 is it the same?. And i was playing Son of Zeus table sometimes. So those guys will add Terminator 2 then. Do you know when?
And another Volume new i didnt see from Wiliams, Volume 4: WHITE WATER, RED & TED'S ROAD SHOW, HURRICANE. I also dont know those, but im thinking in buy for try the new phisics they say they implemented. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YKYhVn3RpxQ.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kxffqId09Kk.html
sometimes, if you're unlucky, the ball will roll right in between the flippers and drain out, and you won't be able to do anything to stop it. but there are a couple parts in this video when they prevent this by tilting the machine at just the right time to get the ball to move slightly to the side.
The random rewards take the least priority, anyway, when most of the remaining features are accessible around the playfield. If you're skillful enough to rely on the orbits, ramps, and lock, there's no need for the Database reward for the most part.
@@pinballwiz45b I received the game today, terminator 2 was included, but .. they advertised AC/DC , Ghostbusters and Starship troopers that weren't on the disc, I'm uploading the update and we'll see what happens after that. Appreciate your help and response
