I feel tingling in the swollen lymph nodes on the inside of both my elbows. Kind of a warmth too. There's definitely a heaviness in my limbs. I awoke from this other state of consciousness at 32 minutes into the video, felt like maybe 6 to 8 minutes had passed. I saw so many swirling shades of blue moving in waves. I saw the face of my daughters dad who passed away 3 years ago and had a conversation with him in my head, I understood everything being said to me. And then before my eyes were even opened again, I became fully aware of where I was and that it was "over." This was truly incredible and I will never forget this experience ❤️

1 day, I said, I'm awake now out of the blue, saw my life from a 3rd person angle and it so wasn't fair, so I decided to put ground rules and actioned. This is weird I'm going to be personal here I'm in remission of prostate cancer and one of my testis is enlarged, ive also severe back/ hip pain, I put this on and got tingles on top of my head, back all around the nether region and yes in that enlarged testicle!! I've been crazy sick for the last week for no good reason - fever, chest pains, the whole nine yards. Started listening to this with my eyes closed and after a few minutes in, I suddenly realized that the day I began feeling horribly sick was the anniversary of the day my mother passed. This was the first year in 8 years I hadn't remembered the event. Must somehow be repressed emotions manifesting in illness. Time to embrace healing, spirit and physical.

Anyway, I was flying superfast on what seemed like a place close to a beach...then I FELT IT! It was a glorious never ending sea of golden light...the more I advanced, the more Bliss I felt...I'm not sure how to put it in words except for: Never ending always increasing Bliss ...I felt only happiness and freedom...but then I had to open my physical eyes...since then, I always go to that moment to preserve that moment of freedom and at least sharing it silently with my family and friends...I wish you all find Illumination and the freedom of flying towards the Eternal Light!

However I realise that my anxiety is there to push me to do something about a life that I do not like. I am quiet aggressive if challenged by someone unfairly now instead of being totally. passive. I have my life back and I am so lucky. Not very many people have the strength to put themselves through something so intense. I felt like my heart was breaking at times. It is the old me dying to be reborn. It is amazing. ❤ die to live. Not live to die❤ I found this just as I needed it badly. I have felt really good today. I did 2 hrs of chakra meditation and some hypnotherapy in between. I am loving myself and everyone in the universe and beyond. The universe needs our positivity. I have hope for our future. Powerful Mirecle sound initiation I firmly believe that through faith, I will rise above any circumstance, even if I’m behind for more than six months. Credit cards, house loans, school fees for my children, and other bills may seem unachievable, but God is in charge and has all the power🙏🙏🙏

I hope this helps whoever reads it. I followed this for 30 days. My goal was to change my self image and it worked. This is what I did. 1. Write out a statement of your Short Term Goal AND your Chief Aim/Main Goal... on a "goal card" or paper. 2. Write it out 50 times a day for 30 days preferably around the same time each day. After the 30 days, you go back and write it out ONCE a day. This is your compass in life. 3. Set your phone alarm to go off every 3 hours (to disrupt your daily routine) and when it goes off write down your statement and then close your eyes and see yourself with your goal for 2 mins. 4. Record your statement in your voice on a voice recorder on your phone, and play it back to yourself on loop while you sleep and as often as you can daily, example... in the shower or when you are using the rest room. 5. Find an accountability partner. If you cannot find someone, then you MUST write out your statement DAILY. By doing this you make yourself accountable to YOURSELF. 6. Find a community or FB group/group chat, etc and from that community form a Mastermind with one or two people who have studied from REAL Mentors and are giving VALUE. There is a "Law of Giving" and many people are using it. Andrew Carnegie told Napoleon Hill this back in the early 1900s. Its a LAW and it works. Its what I am doing with this post. 7. Auto-Suggest (Think and Grow Rich Chapter 4) to yourself in front of the mirror in the bathroom at least twice a day. Look directly INTO your eyes OR one eye and recite your WRITTEN statement. Then splash cold water on your face. This sudden shock seals the thought into the subconscious due to emotional and physical shock from the cold water. 8. Write out ten "I AM" statements a day. example. I AM happy, I AM more confident. Use the word MORE; implying you already have it, but want more. You trick the brain. 9. Write out 5 things you HAVE that you are grateful for and 5 things that you are grateful for that are coming to you. Mix up the list one after the other. 10. When in public tell people you see that you love them in your mind. Simply say "I LOVE YOU" to them as you pass them, especially when driving, because their subconscious hears and FEELS the intention. Say it to about 10 to 15 people daily. This increases your Good Karma. I hope this helps at least two people. It might seem like a lot. But it took me less than two weeks to incorporate the list into my life and 32 days later I started getting massive results. Thank you for reading.
