Love this recipe! I doubled the chicken to up my protein and added 3 cups of cooked, converted rice and it was still less than 500 calories per serving. Incredible. This one's a keeper.
This has become a regular dinner at our house. We like to add a little siracha at the end for a little spice, the sweet and spicy combo is one of my favorites. We really love how she has so many delicious recipes but she keeps in super simple and accessible. One pot meals are totally my jam. She is so adorable and easy to follow. We just love the channel all the way around! Keep up the great work!
Yum! Just made this with the coconut rice! So delicious - but I have tip: use 12” nonstick skillet and cook your chicken in Two batches - set aside on plate then cook your veggies - with garlic and ginger - then add back the chicken and sauce bring to simmer - done!

I found a variant on this but ill try yours tonite as it was planned any way yours looks less gloopy so ill have a go love pineapple I grind black pepper over it yummy I love ginger too must have ingredients....oh I also add some tomato pure to sauce mix...ive always added corn flour first not into liquid as it goes lumpy my only observation here !just made this recipe is way nicer as chicken not coated in flour way nicer ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you for this meal inspiration! I couldn’t wait to make this for dinner! My supermarket was out of peppers so I had to improvise with a bag of mixed pepper stir-fry veggies, but it was still soooo good. I’m veggie so had mine with tofu. Delicious! x
