Ingredients:
1 tsp ground matcha powder
1 Tbsp hot water
Harmless Harvest® Coconut Juice
Ice Cubes
Directions:
1. Prepare matcha by mixing ground matcha powder with hot water using whatever method you prefer (used a milk frother).
*Making it more concentrated to keep the layers separated when pouring the matcha on top*
2. Add ice cubes to a glass.
3. Pour the coconut juice 3/4 way full
4. Very slowly, pour the matcha mixture on top to keep the layers separated.
5. Take your picture, then mix it together with a straw and enjoy!
