I agree with all my heart and soul we can't let it happen. But have you seen the general public lately? Have you seen how many people are irreversibly brainwashed. When it really comes down to it, we the people outnumber the people of power and the numbers aren't even close. there's a handful of them in reality compared to millions and millions of us. But the control they have is so fucking deep that we will never ever ever be on the same page. us regular people will never be on the same page and revolt. they will keep us fighting with each other until the end of time and that's exactly what their plan is anyway. Because if we did it would be over very quickly. those Rich motherfukers wouldn't stand a chance. But they will succeed in keeping us fighting with each other forever. We can dream, but a revolt, which is much needed, will never ever happen. They own and control all the information we hear, so they have a lot of motherfuking people tricked with their fucking deception. thank God for the ones who can see through the bullshit but the ones who can't and who are on the side of the enemy, our government, you know the gangsters, the real gangsters... who wear suits and ties and smiles? And do more horrendous crimes than anybody could imagine yet people look up to them as heroes... far outnumber us. nothing will ever change. They will always always be in control because the sheep who they have tricked are just simply too stupid to understand they've been lied to... My dream has always been for the people to overtake the government, but that's all it is. It's nothing more than a dream.
@@jaredgreen760 Every single one of us 18+ has to VOTE! That is the most powerful tool we have and if we turn out in HUGE numbers, we do get to change things. Don't give up, VOTE.
Aye bro, just letting you know a little fun fact about this album. Pink Floyd's The Wall is one giant loop. The end of the last song leads to the beginning of the first song on the album. I'd say give the whole thing a listen after you react to the ones from it you plan on hearing for the channel. Peace, love, and prosperity find you brother. Keep up the great work!
But the beautiful thing about Pink Floyd? Is it's still life changing to this day. Dude what music is still relevant and touches your soul 40 years later?
I can't tell you how happy it makes me when I see younger people not only listening, but appreciating Pink Floyd. When you can see that they feel it in their soul the same way you feel it... it means something. Pink Floyd is a genre in itself. They transcend time. there's a difference between music you hear with your ears and music you feel with your soul. Pink Floyd makes you feel it in your soul. And that's what music is all about. That is why they are quite possibly the greatest band in history.
seriously!!! You really really need to do this song. If you loved Hey You, their song Time would blow you away too. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-JwYX52BP2Sk.html
Both David Gilmour and Roger Waters still tour...bro...gotta see em live, even more mind blowing in person...even in their old age their musicianship is outstanding
Your reaction is PRICELESS! Thanks for showing us all your open mind for all types of music. So many people pick 1 genre & refuse to budge. Ren told you, you needed headphones! There is no other way to listen to Pink
Watched "The Wall" when it was first released in theatres. It changed me. Amazing. Forty years later... my youngest son excitedly said he found an amazing band and asked if I had ever heard of Pink Floyd. Blew my mind!
You'll enjoy their songs Time and Money. Especially through headphones... Now you see what we were talking about. I enjoy watching your reactions to different genres of music and bands.
I'm happy to see you with the headphones for Pink Floyd.....back in 1979 ...a friend of mine borrowed his dad's brand new Lincoln Continental .(it had a phone...which we weren't allowed to use)...it also had Quadraphonic Speakers....you haven't heard the real Pink Floyd..until you've listened to it in SURROUND sound
I started to say this is one of my favorite Pink Floyd songs but... That would be unfair because Pink Floyd is a listening experience! I do like this one very much and, Us and Them. (The headphones make all the difference with Floyd!)
Listen to their albums, in one go start to finish really loud or on good headphones. Alone. In the dark. With whatever else you need to relax. That will change your life.
Shine on you crazY Damond on wish you were here changed my life when i was 16, and dark side of the moon is along with wish you were here i think are their 2 best albums but that's just me
That's the best way to listen. When I was 16 in the early 80's I lived in Florida. There was a place called the Bishop Planetarium. They had "laser light" shows every Friday and Saturday night. Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall were featured often. They had reclining seats and there was lights and music. We would smoke a huge joint right before we went in. Those were some of the best shows!
You haven't really lived until you have experienced Pink Floyd Comfortably Numb - Live at Pulse. Make sure to get the unedited version. Best guitar solo ever, hands down.
I remember buying this album the day it was released. We used to listen to the whole album over and over - NEVER grew tired of IT!! Glad you guys FOUND Floyd!! Not just music - It is a whole story!!!! Keep it up twins!!!
You are so cute. It's especially fun to watch you react to these political and psychedelic songs and artists of the 60's and 70's! Even though you probably don't know much about the times and the motivations for the music, your reactions fit perfectly with the intent of the artists, so that's amazing! The music is timeless because it is often led by the events of the world during those times and it speaks to peoples emotions even now. The composition of the music of many artists, especially Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd is a technical feat. When you have the time to research some of these musicians lives and the meanings of their songs, you should. It is truly fascinating. Joplin, Hendrix, America, John Denver, Zep, Pear Jam, Lauren Hill, Fugees, Queen, Elton....so MANY amazing stories and tragedies and they all resonate through the music, right? Keep it up, kiddo, you are so authentic and open-minded...it really shines through and I'm proud of you for that ;-) I am loving your generation and the blurring of lines that have otherwise divided people by boxing them in and apart from one another. The music speaks to EVERYONE and in whatever ways it needs to.
You HAVE to react to "Dogs" by Pink Floyd. It's a long song but it's over way too soon. And wear your headphones for that song. The guitar solos are insane on that track and the multiple beat changes takes you thru an experience.
It's one of the best I've ever listened to, if not the best. The lyrics alone are like someone slipped a knife between your shoulder blades to tell you a harsh truth "And you just keep on pretending, that no one has a real friend...."
Love the song 40 years of this album the wall 1979 Pink Floyd is still one of the best bands ever My Dad listen to that album we still got the Pink Floyd The Wall album we play it and sing along 🤟🎸🤘 THIS SONG ROCKS 🤘🎸🤘
Doesn't matter how many times I listen to this song I get goosebumps every time..."hey you, out there in the wall breaking bottles in the hall" (shivers)
I forgot how amazing this song is. Pink Floyd has at least five but probably more like twenty songs that make me cry/feel my feels every time. This is certainly one of them.
Hey You! I can feel you. Thanks for some great reaction vids! So fun to see someone react so emotionally to a song I have loved for so many decades. A great band is timeless, and so is the love!
Fell down your rabbit hole. Well, still falling. Thank you. You've created such a cool concept. Watch a youngin's first reaction to the songs that were the staple of our childhoods! Continued success!!!
You say you love songs with a story messages so you really owe it to yourself to go listen to the whole album (double album) straight through several times to really understand the story they are telling. This song is just one chapter in the whole book.
This is a good song by itself, but in the context of the arc of the whole double album it's truly soul-clenching. The Wall is a tremendous, monumental work, but be mindful about when and where you listen to it. Have a friend with you, or on call.
You are so inspiring bringing us joy during a difficult year of lockdowns, violence, a highly charged political climate followed by a crazy election. Being stuck inside a lot, I fully appreciate all of the RU-vidrs, Instagrammers, Musicians, Comedians who have uploaded things every day during the pandemic.
Pink Floyd is just a totally different type of music. Just transcendental on a level never seen before returning since. I wish I had been able to see them live, they were supposed to come to the city I lived on my 16th birthday, I was so ready. Then they canceled and broke up before the date. I was crushed but I’ve still loved them in the nearly 3 decades since.
YEA! Love to see you all enjoy hearing these classics. Pink Floyd music is one of those experiences that I enjoy laying down, closing my eyes and listening...or enjoying on a road trip moment. To me it's more emotional than anything else. LOVE IT!
This was the second concert I ever went to *(first was U2 when I was 16, and I highly recommend, say, Sunday Bloody Sunday or Pride in the Name of Love, about MLK's assassination). For Pink Floyd tickets, I had to stand in line for two days. It was worth it.
Thanks my man, like to see people did into different genres of music and appreciate talent. Pink Floyd is a tremendous band to study and learn, they never disappoint, peace.
Glad you got good headphones. It's amazing how much people had to spend on stereo equipment in the 1970s and 1980s to get the full experience out of the music. Many of the performers at the time really rewarded those who had the equipment to find the subtlety and raw power of a lot of music at the time.
Really listen to the whole album as such, when you have the time. That's what a concept album is for, even better if is has more than one song you can listen to on its own. On face value it tells the life story of a musician, his troubles and shortcomings, - and yes ,of his own wall.
Heard this on the radio the other day, realized I haven't listened to the album for awhile. Then thought "wonder if TwinsthenewTrend has done a reaction to this". Love it.
Hey you glad your enjoying it.Gkad you got the Headphones only way to Jam!! Love you keep being you and open minded and Listening to all the different Genres of music out there...
Got here from RU-vid best way to filter weed smoke/smell i am not disappointed. Glad to see younger people taking interest in how great music from all generes and years are great but especially the evolution of rock.
Love The Wall so much. I saw the movie for the first time when I was like 16. Watched it with my friends when we were all very stoned and it totally blew our minds. WATCH IT!!!!!!!!
Great job with all your videos. Pink Floyd is probably my all time favorite. You need to watch the entire movie to really appreciate the music to it's fullest.
I LUV THIS! To see young people getting into "OUR" Music!!! How Old People Jammmmm! Like Everyone said You REALLY Need to Listen to the Whole Album Straight Through to Really Appreciate the Experience!!! The Songs on All of their Albums run together - telling a story! It's a Trip My Friend...."Buckle Your Seatbelt" Sit Back and Enjoy The Ride!!!! Even Better-If You Ever Get the Chance to See THEM LIVE DO IT!!!! It will Change Your Life! ;)
I had a record store. When I was your age, in Durango, CO. I got to listen to all this stuff as the albums came in. I had friends who made amazing videos with Pink Floyd music. Before videos were a thing. You're doing fantastic, young bro. Keep it up!
You need to hear the entire slbum... over and over again You'll feel empowered, weakened, grieving, living, laughing untill you find yourself curled up in a corner with an epic transgormation of your soul.
Great reaction video bro, Pink Floyd are second to none when it comes to reacting with headphones. I've been listening to Pink Floyd for over 25 years and their music just gets better with age. I'd love to see you react to more Pink Floyd songs. If i may, i'll suggest a few that i highly recommend reacting too. 1. Dogs (From the album Animals) 2. Shine On You Crazy Diamond (From the album Wish You Were Here) 3. Dark Side Of The Moon (Full album reaction) Cheers bro 👍
Bro for future reference never listen to the live version of these rock songs first. The old heads will tell you that bc they’ve already heard all the shit. It’s never as good as the studio version I promise
I'm an old head, and I completely agree with you. These songs are best experienced as the studio version first, and the live version if you really feel like seeing it again.
When this came out on vinyl I ran it over and over from front to back. Watching the movie is essential to really understand what's happening. The last half hour will blow your mind. It's Pink Floyd so it's kind of dark.
There is a movie made of this album, The Wall. It is live action and animated. The entire album is the life of Pink, a drug addled rock star. The music documents his life experiences. Worth the watch.
Everyone who has said to listen to the albums front to back is absolutely right. Yes, you can listen to individual songs, and they are stand alone greatness...but a Pink Floyd album front to back is an experience, the music really takes you somewhere. You have to experience The Wall, in its entirety. Real talk tho, Animals is an album that isn’t as well known, in the mainstream, like Dark Side of the Moon, or The Wall...but you’ve also got to give that a listen, start to finish. You won’t be disappointed.
If you haven’t yet, please watch the entire Pink Floyd movie The Wall & appreciate it on a brand new level. Back in the day, they used to play this entire album at our local planetarium to constellations & light shows; such an experience! I hope they still do that.. Music movies were rare & cherished, but now that you know all the songs, you’ll dig The Wall all the more! Also watch The Who’s 1975 movie “Tommy.” Before there were music videos or VCRs to replay anything you loved, people wore out their record player needles using their imaginations instead, having record parties w friends, always hoping a good music movie would come to town soon. Btw movie theaters always showed old re run movies, too, which was so nice for every generation to still get to see what was classic in their parents & grandparents time, in addition to what was newly released - And that’s what you brothers are bringing back to life! True musical renaissance ❤️ Bravo & heartfelt thanks!
Timeless song, great reaction. Glad to see how appreciative you are to the old school. Back when music was just that. A real treat for you would be Black Sabbath- Heaven and He'll! Much love and respect.!.
