@@johnlewis2134 yeah but in the old one they act like they have been married for 17 years while in the new one they act more like they are slowly falling in love, such as Brain almost kissing Pinky in episode eleven which is 2 episodes before season 1 finishes

I mean, Pinky wants to take on the role of the mummy, but biologically speaking, it seems to me since Brain extracted his own cells and prepared them for cloning, and Pinky's DNA got accidentally mixed in (use protection kids), Brain would actually be the "mother".

they give off a ruby and sapphire vibe from steven universe. they are so different and they don't always get along but when they combine together, they create something strong and beautiful.
The only difference is that Pinky and the Brain have more chemistry than Ruby and Sapphire. The SU writers just had Ruby and Sapphire (Garnet) get one or two backstory episodes, made them openly gay, and called it a day. However, since Pinky and the Brain were from the 90's where it wasn't really allowed, they had to be more sneaky with it.
Same tbh. I ship it hard but in the reboot, it always gets ruined when I personally feel like brain goes to far into insulting pinky. I know that he said that he doesn’t mind but for me I HATE seeing him treated that way so harshly. Like, one insult is fine, but when it happens over and over again all at once, it makes me feel bad for pinky and myself even though I’m not the one there 😔
