From my own experience: Always buy a new home, may warranty ka na, tapos mas madali na mag-increase ang value ng mga new homes. Mas maganda ang floor plan, mapili mo lahat ang gusto mong upgrade, may modern and efficient lahat ang mga appliances and ang sarap ng amoy ng brand new na bahay. Cheers

Sa BC Public Service po ako and Veterinary Pharmaceutical company po nagtatrabaho si Miguel. First house po namin binili namin after a year na sumunod po ako kay Miguel sa Canada. Ito po after another nine years. We host international students po. Not classified as renting out rooms kasi no expectation of profit, compensation lang po for treating kids like part of the family.
Buy a house with a separate suite near a hospital. Yung bahay namin pinaparent nmin midterm (30 days or more) furnished for travelling nurses and doctors for $150-$250 per night. My wife and I work as a RNs sa hospital and only 30% are staff like us. 70% are filled with travel nurses from different provinces.
@@Jimmyboyzok naman may mga weeks na vacant yung suite which we use for renovations updates etc. Mas maliit problema kesa sa short term rentals with its rules and restrictions at mas malaki kita kesa sa longterm and student rentals. Umuuwi kme 2 months and pinaparent din nmin yung taas to travel nurses or doctors except our master bedroom and master bathroom.
Hi po ask ko lng may visit visa po kme and invitation is from Vancouver pero po gusto sana nmen diretso muna kme sa Winnepeg para madalaw pamangkin ko international student, then after 1 week tsaka palang kme punta ng vancouver sa sister ng asawa ko, hnd po kaya mag ka problema sa immigration and ma question bakit ang invitation sa vancouver then sa winnipeg kau punta???
