Nicely done. I'm curious how you could have achieved a 5-star rating - what held you back from that final star? That one patient death? The writing in this game is excellent with HEAL being a particular highlight for VA casting. Adding this to the wishlist!

I was lazy with my hallway decorations. I'll do a strategy video covering that specifically in time. I may also have needed to add one or two rooms with larger queues to prevent wait time from dragging the rating down. That one death I think puts a temporary damper on things but shouldn't inflict permanent damage to your rating.
