Me and my daughter have then RN. I told everyone that I was around because it spreads so easily. Telling people is very embarrassing but it's better to tell your parents so it wont spread.

Here's a question: if first dose of medication kills worms, then why do I need to wash sheets every day for 2 weeks? Surely there are no worms left to lay eggs, so...?
xXxGachaPandaxXx I have them too,I have itching and a lot of gas and around my belly bottom inside feels kinda cramped. I suck my thumb and can’t stop it, any home foods I can eat? I don’t want a crazy umbrassment so I want to have it without my mom knowing. Will ginger or garlic do? If yes,how do I consume them? I’m 12 btw
I suffered with these things for over 1 1/2 years. I tried all the pinworm treatments from the drug story, all the banana flavored stuff. I even tried double dose of the stuff. It seemed like it knocked them back a bit but they always came back strong. Then I found the real cure. I was camping and I had some Lucas oil stabilizer, the real thick oil additive that you find at the auto parts stores. (I had been applying coconut oil every time I felt them crawling, but with no real success) The Lucas did it. Only two applications to my rectum, several days apart. It worked. One week later, no more crawling on my rectum. Oil products are not made to be applied to skin. They will irritate the skin, but this thick, very sticky oil treatment killed the worms, and worked real quick. I applied it twice within a few days and a week later they were no more. Praise God.
How in the world did you find out about this? What made you try it out the blue? And when you say no more crawling, you mean this completely got rid of them, or just the crawling and itching???
Honestly, you can go without symptoms and still have them. Some triggers which cause symptoms/makes them more active are consuming a lot of sugar, garlic to try and kill them, etc. Feeling wriggling in your ears, nostrils and anus area. I also see them in my nostrils in the morning if I consume sugar the night before.

I was the same, then i went to the drs and was informed about it , took a medication which was £11 , and again 2 weeks later , i had it along time aswell.
I’m 24 years old and get these probably once every 7-8 months, sometimes less. Think I had them first at 5-6 years of age, never told anyone, way too embarrassing. I tried absolutely everything, changing linen sheets, boxers , wearing gloves, washing hands up to 8-9 times a day with extremely hot water, showering twice a day, cutting nails, I’ve even went as far moving out from my brothers house because I got that paranoid he’d infect me. Yet they still ALWAYS came back, the eggs are impossible to deter, it’s only takes one. The only proper way to fend these things off is the medication, I’m in Ireland and take Vermox (Mebendazole) once during infection (which takes 3-4 days to kill them off anyway so it’s still a horrible few nights) and another 2 weeks later because it doesn’t eliminate eggs and I don’t take the risk. If you’re living with someone make them take the medication too regardless or you’re just wasting your time. Hope this helped, they are hell on earth and I understand the pain you’re going through. When I was a young teen the itch got so bad I started pulling them out of me with my fingers and crushing them with pure rage, the next day I couldn’t even sit on my ass it was that sore and ripped. They would drive you into a state of insanity if they were there constantly.
YES ITS HORRIBLE 😭 I don’t want to go toilet now even tho I’m desperate cause I don’t want to see them crawling trying to reach my fingers 😭 I’m literally crying and it’s my second time now cause I fist had it when I was 5-6 years old
Do you live alone? If you live with someone else they might be re-effecting you, or you are simply not fully getting rid of them. Getting them every 7-8 months doesn't make sense. They have to be coming from somewhere.
Yeah the itching is the worst part but even if i had Pinworms but they didn’t itch, i would still want to remove them. I don’t like the idea of worms living inside my body...
Hey guys! i just wanted to say this: don’t be scared or ashamed to tell your mother or father or whatever about this, i was also scared to tell my mom about this, but after i did it she helped me with it. It’s better to tell them so that you can go to the doctor and get medicine for it! i know it might be hard to tell them, but i believe in you and you can do it!
@orchid awex please do! If you don’t it will turn into an infection and it could really hurt you but here lemme tell you when I was younger and had it I super freaking scared but I was hiding bc of it but when I finally built up the courage they were worried and relaxed about it it’s super common and don’t handle it yourself I know a friend who suffered from it for 5 years! Please don’t wait if you do they will multiply and multiply until millions I want you to tell your parents if you don’t you will leave me in worry I hope you see this
I used to have them back in my mid teen years (like 14ish) I had them for years and I sometimes said something about it to my mom but it wasn’t really “brought up” so I usually never said a word to my mom because I was embarrassed. Getting rid of them will be a huge relief! (In fact I was even more embarrassed talking to the doctor... I just kept on asking for the medicine and not answering his questions properly lol...) anyways I got rid of them due to the meds and haven’t seen them since! Please talk to your mom about it!
I don't know, Im scared to tell them, it's disgusting you know, telling someone that i have some works coming out of my rectum and butt and they move around all the time 😩
For weeks, theres been this minor itch , which has became more frequent. In the shower, I found 2 little white rice almost as I was cleaning myself, I thought maybe it was wet lint or something. But it made me keep notice each time. Feels like a flee crawling, ..... This explains why I have been waking up at night, restless, itching. evening is always worse.
So I told my mum...she went to the pharmacy and the lady said she doesn't sell these kind of products without a doctor's prescription so I have to wait 2 days and I hate going to the toilet and also I wash 2-3 times a day. I cry because I feel them and I hate worms. They're not physical pain... they're more mental pain
In my country you need a doctor's prescription to buy Mebendazol. It is quite toxic for the liver. Try eating a bit of garlic with your meals. And also raw unsalted pumpkin seeds on an empty stomach.
IF YOU GO TO SCHOOL JUST CHECK THE PRIZE OF THE MEDICINE AND GET THE MONEY BY SAVING. AFTER A WHILE YOU'LL BE ABLE TO BUY IT BEFORE OR AFTER SCHOOL, MAYBE DURING.

I have seen comments of people who've had it for more than a year, this is some depressing shit, im scared I will have it for years too, we should build a community around people who suffer from this.
joe rushworth i dont rlly know if I have them ;-; I thought it was hemmoroids (internal) but turns out I have the symptoms of this .. and my ass itches at night ..helo
M e l a n i a • same I keep getting them it’s honestly pissing me off I’m going to the doctor in like 2 weeks hopefully they’ll give me something more effective the tablets I took didn’t work ‘_’
I’m literally crying coz what if there is little worms living in me haha ok so this has been a few months later and it turned out i didn’t have them i was just over reacting oops but thanks for the likes and tips
When we were kids my mom gave us RAW CABBAGE to eat, which pinworms hate. It got rid of them. Plus follow his directions for cleaning your clothes and bedding and WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE TOUCHING FOOD! (And don’t eat food prepared by others who don’t wash their hands).
I was treated with a tablet over two months ago which didn’t work and then had to eat this chocolate thing which still didn’t work but I thought it did because I couldn’t see them any more but now I’m starting to see them again after I saw a video saying that you need to wait at least two days without showering to see if you still have them and I’ve just seen them and it’s driving me crazy I’m crying in my bed and I have to tell my mum now and she’s going to kill me since she has to treat a family of five- you ain’t alone :c hope you get better soon. :’)

I have been suffering from this for so many years and have gone through so many meds with no help until recently when a thought came into my mind to eat chili 🌶 raw. At first i cut them and put them in water and drank that😖😖🥵🥵🥵 for a week and noticed the itching disappeared on the 3rd day!!!! I continued to drink and eat peppers and i have not had an episode to date. It has been 3 weeks since i started and I’m now more regular and the itching is gone😁😁😁😁

Lol I'm in lockdown at home and have been for 3 months yet my sister somehow got this and I have washed my hands every day before eating but I think I have them, there is a bit of itching
It’s tricky. You can swallow an egg 10 days before you had the medicine so they are constantly hatching inside you. Idk why they don’t make u take the medicine daily. EDIT. I was SUPER WRONG. LISTEN TO THE BOTTLE! I think You will die if u take too much
My sister has got these right now, it’s 1am and I feel so bad for her, she’s 12 and is so scared. She’s been crying a bit but I’ve gone to check on her. Thanks to your tips I’ll try help her. Also, if your scared to poo, don’t be. They are like 1cm harmless things. You may poo often and see them but it’s normal for this. At first you may seem to be scared as shit, but honestly, don’t be. Another thing, if you are on period at the time it’ll most likely be a bit scarier for you but it’s the exact same just do what he says. Get medication at a nearby pharmacy.
I had them and I waited until night and waited for the women worms to try lay the eggs and picked them out you can also eat carrot in the morning when they're hungry as its poisonous to them try to chew it as much as possible
Have had these since I was 19 and I'm currently 27. Had family members lie about not having them which I'm sure is where I got infected from. Most physicians don't know about it, think you are lying if the meds don't work etc.
is everything ok vision back, 9 months ago u posted, and u say most physicians dont know about it. then Ur seeing the wrong, physician. the first guy i went to was a retard, i went to another one and he was smart asf dude i swear i was a new person, person after i met him, not everydocter is the same
@@Y0Leeroy2 How did it go with the second doctor you went to? How long have you been dealing with pinworms? I've went to 3 different doctors, the last one didn't even prescribe me any medication. The first doctor prescribed me medication for a different type of parasite.. not pinworms.
Loving it. I always advise brushing under the fingernails and washing hands thoroughly but I didn't know about the other tips. A great and informative video even for the healthcare community. Do you think I could use this as a CPD entry??
ᴘᴜʀᴘʟᴇ ʟᴇᴍᴏᴏɴxx yes eat or swallow garlic with water I swallow it because it tastes bad. The medicine doesn't really need a doctor just go to any pharmacy and tell the pharmacist your age and that you have pinworms
ᴘᴜʀᴘʟᴇ ʟᴇᴍᴏᴏɴxx there are different symptoms but the clearest one is the itching around anus it feels like pinworms are biting or scratching and it's so bad, it takes place usually at night at bed time, also if you eat a lot of food this won't change your weight I'm 174 cm and 57 kg I'm skinny no matter how much food I eat, to know if have them or not take a close look at your stool you can notice the pinworm by your naked eyes and don't worry it's not really dangerous I have them for a very long time only the pain at night makes me crazy, there's no shame to tell your parents you can tell them but don't tell your classmates or siblings because they might make fun of it

@@afatcatfromsweden please help me I have them for 2 years now I didn't do anything about them I didn't tell my parents I suffer every night and I got to bed at around 8pm because it itches around that time it's torcher every night and I can't tell my mom it's just too much
Shane you have to tell them man, waiting will only make it worse. 2 years is already a long time. Theres probably alot of them inside you by now. Please tell your parents. Theres no shame, literally every human on this planet has dealt with this once. It’s a normal but gross thing. Please seek out medicine, they won’t go away without it
Angie Stones Ph.D. -I just released the first episode of 'Responding to your comments' you were included in the video, see what I had to say 😀ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6sh88WZEpsA.html
Idk if you still have them, but it is very important to tell your family. I have a pin worm infection right now. If you don’t get the medication, it won’t stop. The worms won’t die and there will be more and more. Make your whole family get it, otherwise they might get it aswell. Take a shower everyday atleast 2 time, wash your hands and body. Make sure to wash everything you wear and sleep in. When you have gotten the medicine, eat some raw garlic or aloe Vera. It helps, good luck.
@@stormyvibes8382 I wish I didn’t have them 😭. I don’t think my whole family would want to get medicine though :/ And I might not be able to get special treatment like medicine because i might not be able to go to the doctors due to covid? Idk what to even do anymore but it itches a lot especially at night 😭 I’ve had worms for about 5 years tbh and I’ve never really treated them properly 😬. They kinda disappeared, idk how but recently i’ve been getting them again and it’s irritating. I just want to cry thinking there’s worms and stuff inside of me 🥲
@@lila463 you have to get medicine, it dosent stop otherwise. Make sure to shower A LOT. They lay eggs at night so make sure to shower atleast every morning. Eat raw garlic sometimes, it weakens them. But get the medicine as quick as you can, just go to a pharmacy. It’s very normal
What are you guysss afraid off?? 😭it's totally normal trust me and those worms are harmless, you just need treatment which is actually very simple with medicine and you will havee to maintain your hygiene that's it. Please don't be afraid to tell your parents or someone whom you really trust just inform them and get the medicine 😭you will be fineeee get well soon❤✨

Thanks for commenting Morong. The outdoor locations are Big Bear and Burton Chace Park both in CA. There are some really nice places to visit in California I think you should do it!
I've had them. ever since late 2014 and it comes every 1 a year I have them I'm used to the itch also at night it doesn't bother me but the first time OMG TOTURE
AnnaMarley z you have to tell them. Theres no shame in this. Almost every human on this planet has dealt with this once, including your parents. The more you wait the worse it gets
I'm at 5 years because dr.'s tell me to use a mild soap and cool water. Another said to take cortisone and Advil. I'm about to get medieval on their ass's.
I ate a whole garlic clove and they went away Edit:they only give you a little bellyache and make your breath stink like garlic so do it at night so before your bellyache you fall asleep that’s what i did
Ive had them for 3 months and im so worried i literally cant do anything. The first moment i saw that i had them i instantly told my mom but she brushed it off saying it was nothing and she absolutely refuses to get me any medicine. I have no idea what im supposed to do and at this point i think ill have them forever.
hey nuts, i understand what your saying, how old are you? your mom might not believe you, you need to show her and tell her, it might be embarrassing But we are all human, shit happens lol, if u have questions lmk, your comment was 4 months ago is everything fine >?
Don't be scared or ashamed to tell your parents about that! It's the best for your health, trust your loved ones tor make care of you, the treatment is so simple and cheap! I do hope everyone has it seek real treat, and remember: it's better to speak than to die!
Hi guys (sorry for my broken English) I want to share with you what I did to get rid of pinworms: I ate the two heads of ground garlic in the morning before eating (If you do it before sleeping the pinworms go crazy and it's cute painful and annoying) I swallowed it without water but no I think it affects drinking water to pass it. I did it for four days only in the mornings and yesterday it gave me a horrible stomach ache and I had diarrhea, but now the day after, it's night and I don't feel anything, I think it worked for me. I think I had a mild infection not very serious, I did not go to the doctor but im free of pinworms now!!!!! Horrible experience 0/10 I wouldn't recommend
I told my mum and dad and they said it’s because I don’t listen and I’m on my phone all the time!!! Then they just gave me paracetamol I don’t know what to do!!! I feel like ending it all. These worms are making my life a living hell. Edit: omg my thread worms have gone! If you have these DO NOT skip school. Going school actually helps it. Another thing that helps is them neck pillows that you warm up I wear shorts and sit on it and it calms the worms down a lot. Do not scratch as it gets them in your nails and then in your food, the eggs going into your stomach. I wouldn’t wish these worms on my worst enemies. Don’t be worried when you first get them. They go after 2 days and as soon as you feel an itch make sure to tell an adult so you can cure it before it gets extreme. They can live up to 6 weeks and create over 10,000 eggs that is if you don’t care about your hygiene. No matter how clean your clothes are after you’ve wore them still put them in the wash and have two showers/ soothing baths a day! I hope you get over it.
